This destination comfortably sleeps 8 equipped with 3 bedroom / 2 bath & various amenities, Wifi and a TV with free Netflix and actual size arcade machine...Play MsPacman, Donkey Kong, Galaga, 60+ games!

Two levels of outdoor entertaining with a huge deck and stone patio. House has a BBQ if you are a BBQ lover and like to cook outdoors. Whether you're looking to get away from the stresses of everyday life or to connect further with those closest to you this is THE premier destination!

The house has board games and movies to keep you entertained. Stocked with a coffee maker so you can enjoy your morning coffee outside in a picturesque setting. We have 2 hammocks, 1 under a tree if you are looking for shade and maybe want to relax and read a book. and the other to soak in the sun or check out the million stars in the sky on a clear night. It's incredible!

Great mountain getaway with a spacious master bathroom, comfortable bed, and cozy touches like a skylight in the guest bath. Internet was great. My husband worked the first day and had many meetings via Zoom. Note that storage space is limited, the refrigerator wasn’t working during our stay - only the freezer worked and the deck needs a little maintenance. Still, a beautiful property where our family made wonderful memories.

Relaxing weekend getaway

Perfect place for a quiet vacation while social distancing. House was very welcoming and clean, We really enjoyed the arcade games for kids and adults in the livingroom. Deck are amazing space with grill, firepit and nice lights to turn on at night. Thanks Matthew!

Great little tucked away place

We were in the area for a relatives wedding, and the hotels in the area were rather pricey. I found this place and 2 groups of us decided this would be better than a hotel. When you show up there is no driveway, and there are holes in the siding, and a broken trampoline. You will think oh no... but then you open the door and it is a beautiful double wide. Spacious common areas, and a large nice deck tucked away in the mountains. The beds are nice, and the home is cozy. The dryer was broken (didn't find out until after we washed clothes), but they provide so much in this place. I have had several VRBO stays, and you never know what they will have. This place has dishes, pots, pans, and all you need. In the bathrooms there is a basket with soaps, shampoos, etc for anything you may have forgotten. Honestly I would stay here again, and not regret it at all. This is a great weekend get away at a great price!

East Branch Ranch sweet home!

We stayed at Matthew’s place for Mother’s Day weekend & had a lovely time. Finding the place was easy, check in was a breeze. Upon arrival the house was very neat and tidy and the floors very clean. The house is cozy, lived in cozy, so there wasn’t too much worry about the kids damaging anything which I liked. I felt like I was staying with family. The kids loved the old school arcade, we all did. It was fun to show them what we played on when we were kids and so many games! The living room setup up is perfect for movie night & the fireplace is easy to use & sets a lovely ambience that really gets the house warm. We bought firewood at the gas station Matthew suggested just down the road from the house. I loved the open lay out, I could watch the kids while cooking in the kitchen. The backyard deck was nice there were lots of places to sit we even saw some wild life. There was a trampoline in the back that my 5 yr old loved. He takes gymnastics & has jumped before, I wouldn’t have felt comfortable putting him on it otherwise. Half of the net enclosure was down but someone managed to bundle it together so there was a good space for jumping. It was very stable & my little guy got lots of energy out on it. We brought soft bats & balls and soft frisbees to play with in the back and had fun doing so. The boys really got a kick out of the knight statue. Master bedroom en suite was nice and roomy and has a nice deep tub and double sinks. We brought our own streaming device so we did not use there streaming device but the wifi worked great. The supermarket is about a 15 min drive out to the next town. Didn’t eat out, I felt more comfortable cooking. The kitchen was decently stocked with tools. I cook often & was missing my tools a bit the first night but I got used to it by the second day & was able to cook like I usually do. The kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, & cutlery. A good set of knives, A few common spices in the pantry & condiments in the fridge. Soap & sponges were provided and plenty of dish towels & paper towels. I’m a bit of a picky person so I used my own toiletries but they did provide soap, shampoo, conditioner and even little beauty samples. The only reason why I gave this place 4 stars instead of five was the bed in the master bedroom. There was a note about an air mattress that was available in the closet to put on top but we did not do that, we should’ve. Overall a great spot to relax & bond w/family, Thank You Matthew!

Quiet family holiday getaway

Our family of 4 very much enjoyed our stay here over the holiday break. The house was clean, cozy, comfortable and well appointed with all the basics. Matthew was quick to respond with any questions. Our girls loved exploring around the property and roasting marshmallows in the patio fire pit and we all had so much fun playing Pac-Man and Frogger on the arcade machine! It was a wonderful getaway for our family, thank you again!
