This beautiful one-bedroom condo with bonus hallway bunks has all the comforts of home, with all the amenities of our charming coastal village. The second-floor rental makes a great place to stay in the heart of Cinnamon Shore North!

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The open-concept den/kitchen opens to the balcony, where you can enjoy great views over Town Center toward the bay side of Mustang Island. In the den, octopus artwork backs the sofa, which faces the kitchen island and workspace. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make quick meals, seafood suppers, or sunset cocktail hour snacks. Stools and the island provide a place to sit and visit with the cook or have breakfast, while a table for two provides another place to dine.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The comfortable king suite with attached bathroom offers private retreat after a day at the beach. The bathroom also opens to the hallway, where built-in bunks accommodate kids or extra guests. This condo has plenty of room for a family of four!

GREAT FEATURES: From this convenient condo, you can hear the live music at the Town Center during peak season and holiday weekends when you sit on the balcony. Walk across the Town Center lawn to Lisabella's for Mediterranean cuisine or to Dylan's Coal Fire Pizza for casual night out. Or, you can chill out and watch a movie in the air conditioning after a hot day in the sun. Nautical and tropical decor adds to the relaxing ambience, while fun board games foster family time.

Perfect Getaway!

The condo was cozy and suited our family of 4 comfortably. The kitchen is well appointed and we enjoyed being able to do laundry in the unit. The view off the living room balcony is unmatched. The unit overlooks the lawn where the nightly events take place so it was great being able to look down and decide it was time to go. And after we put the boys down we could still sit out there and hear the music. The community itself is a dream come true. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas and a golf cart - all 3 are a must. Every day we went to the beach, Kiera’s pool for swimming and lunch, then to the condo for naps. Then I’m the afternoon we swam again and then showered and enjoyed dinner on the lawn with live music. It was a dream and we plan to go back soon!

It’s on the second floor with a great view of the Town Center (you can even see how long the line is at the snack trailer before heading down!). The space worked well for our family of 4. It was also clean and well stocked with the basics for cooking and washing/showering for a few nights. We love the Cinnamon Shore community and amenities. A golf cart is a must, so fun to zip around and get to the beach easily.

Cheap Construction

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 5 days for the first time in Cinnamon Shores. Several issues with staying at this condo. Refrigerator ice machine did not work properly. The elevator to get to second floor was extremely slow and the luggage cart broken (only 1 for all the guests staying there). The phone service was limited and at times no service at all. We had better service at the beach. The internet was completely down one night and into the morning. The furniture was nice but I would recommend another bar stool to sit 4 people and the sheets were subpar for the money we spent per night. I can see the convenience of Cinnamon Shores for families but will not be staying at this area again personally. I did not feel like I got a good value for the money I spent compared to renting a house down the road.

It was difficult to absorb the in-season rate nightly rate and not be able to rest well. The property is beautiful, and we enjoyed our time at Cinnamon Shores South Beach!

We enjoyed watching movies from the balcony and listening to the live music. It was an easy walk to the pools and the beach - we did not rent a golf cart. Beach towels were not provided (so make sure you bring your own) and the key pad did not work our entire stay, making it difficult to only have one key. Cinnamon Shore could improve the rental beach chair process - there is no way to know where you will be for the day. Dylan's pizza was good as was the C bar at the pool. Overall, a nice stay for a quick trip.

A Wonderful Sunny and Cozy Condo

My wife, 2.5-year-old son, and I stayed for three nights and had an absolute blast. The condo is well-maintained, sunny, clean, and cozy. There is plenty of storage space and even a washer/dryer. They've thought of everything you'd need in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone interested in staying at Cinnamon Shores.
