This brand new house was designed with you in mind. With 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and almost 5,000 sq. ft., there is plenty of room for family and friends.

• High-end finishes with custom tile showers, granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances.

Outdoor features:
• 8 person hot tub overlooking the river
• One mile from Cottonport boat ramp
• Year-round deep water
• Large private covered dock with boat slip, sun deck, electrical outlets, and room for several boats to tie up
• Pontoon boat available for rent during summer months. $200 per day for each full day of your stay.
• Gas grill
• Multiple decks with gorgeous views of the river, mountains and sunset
• Fire pit

Pets:
Are allowed at owner's discretion. Please contact owner for information and to have your pet approved BEFORE you book the house. otherwise it could result in a cancellation. Upon approval there will be a $150 non refundable per pet fee not included in the total price. Failure to contact owner beforehand about pet will result in forfeiture of part if not all your security deposit.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All garbage must be bagged and put in outside cans. Break down cardboard boxes and stack NEATLY beside the cans. Do not roll cans to road.
Hams, or anything with a zipper on it.
Put all furniture indoors/outdoors back where you found it. Shut off gas at the grill and remove grease/drippings pan from grill if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great Property

We stayed at this property for a fishing tournament my son had. It was a great house with plenty of room for everybody. They even let us bring our dog, Stella. The owner was very easy to get a hold of for any questions we had. The property was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our time at this property.

Summer getaway

My adult children and families joined my wife and I for fishing, swimming, and boating fun. The property is somewhat secluded which was perfect for us and we had this incredible body of water almost to ourselves most of the time. In 2013, Billy and Jeff purchased the Chickamauga Lake House. The house was so popular that we decided to build another right next door. We love the water. Fishing, boating, wake-boarding or sunbathing... there's no place we'd rather be. We love this house and hope you do too!

Why they chose this property

Rented in conjunction with property 558540 next door, these houses together sleep 36 people! This house is gorgeous inside and out and located on the perfect spot on the lake- the main channel with year-round deep water. Spend your days out on the water or sunbathing on the dock, followed by evenings grilling out on the deck while enjoying the breath-taking sunsets.
