We were quite impressed with the Charleston Guest House. We found it to be very clean and comfortable place to stay while we were visiting Charleston for a few days. Parking was so easy and off the street. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

The property was quaint, comfy, and beautifully appointed. Cottage was close to downtown and other popular must-see sights. Brooke responded quickly to messages and came out to say hello. Get a rental car. Uber racks up quickly.

There was so much that was great about this place. The location was perfect - right between downtown and Folly beach, but tucked away and quiet. The house itself is lovely - clean, open and airy with everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive (they live on the property). We’d absolutely stay here again.

This cottage was perfect for our crew. Great location, super clean, host communicated fast about everything. We had enough room to spread out a little compared to a hotel. They allowed parking, provided beach chairs and towels, and you could walk to a little sandwich and ice cream shop. I will definitely stay here again if back in Charleston.

Great guest house. Easy off-street parking, very clean, close to downtown Charleston. Perfect for a girls weekend or family getaway. Host was wonderful to work with. We hope to go back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The description of the cottage was spot on. Brooke was fantastic to work with. From when we booked the cottage until we left, the entire experience was so easy. The cottage was clean and ready to go, everything you could need was provided, and all of our questions were addressed quickly. Brooke had a ton of suggestions for what to do and where to eat in the area. I can’t recommend this location enough!

This place is a hidden treasure. Everything was clean and adorable. The owner’s attention to detail was very evident. Everything you need is there. Plenty of room for children to sleep in adorable bunk beds. Highly recommend!
