This lovely condo is well situated near restaurants and grocery stores. It’s well stocked with amenities and necessities. The nearby greenbelt is a great place for morning walks. Margie is a responsive host.

Our stay was fantastic! This property is in a fantastic location and is very secure! I loved the private gated parking lot. I also appreciate how stocked the property was with hangers, dish soap, toilet paper, shower soap……. I highly recommend this property!!

Fun girls trip.

Quiet gated community. Close to walking or bike trails. Walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops. Short drive to Old Town or Phoenix or hiking spots. Overall great location to stay.

Family Reunion

My son and his family delighted us with a visit, we needed a condo in Paradise View Villa so everyone would have a bed and this condo did not disappoint. It was clean, well supplied and in the perfect location. Would definitely rent again.

Great Location & Exactly as Advertised!

This is the second year we’ve stayed in this condo and third year at this complex. The condo has everything you need to enjoy the stay. It’s the perfect location to get to everything in the area. We were there for Spring Training and it’s so convenient. The complex is quiet and the golf course next door is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner and of course golfing too! We used the hot tub and the pool and both were great! Highly recommend.

Could be better

The master bathroom door was stuck. We couldn’t close it unless we pulled hard but didn’t want to do that in case it broke. The next night the AC vent started pouring water from the ceiling. It was a good thing we were there. Otherwise it would have flooded the unit. We slept with no AC for a couple of days until it got fixed. It was a bit uncomfortable with the hot weather.

Great Property and Location!

The property and the facility were both updated and clean, and check in was seamless. The kitchen was amazing stocked with everything you need to make meals at home. We were able to drive or take a short Uber ride to Old Scottsdale to attend a game and enjoy the great restaurants and shops there. Would stay there again and definitely recommend!
