Three bedroom 'beach holiday' townhouse with private courtyard and lock-up garage. Jimmy's Beach, surf beach, shops, restaurants all within walking distance.

Open plan freestanding townhouse with sliding doors leading out to the fully enclosed courtyard where you can enjoy a BBQ or just relax. Living area comprises of large dining table for family and friends along with a big screen TV, Blu-ray and DVD player. Upstairs the main bedroom has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has 2 king singles while bedroom 3 has 2 singles. . A great property which is perfect for a family holiday in Hawks Nest. The laundry is equipped with washer and dryer. Off street parking for boat or second vehicle. Complimentary Wi-Fi available.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillowcases and all of your towels, or you may hire from the office at cost.

-Strict no party or function policy.

-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.

-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.
