This fully furnished 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom property boasts 3800 sq ft (5000 sq ft with screened porch living areas) and features a spacious open floor plan, 2 large living areas, a modern kitchen, elevator, ceiling fans, and ample closet space. Each room, except for one, has access to a spacious porch with beautiful views of the surroundings. Guests can enjoy an outdoor shower and a lovely outdoor living space with a grill area (propane provided by owner, underground tank). Located in the private gated coastal community of Debordieu, this home is just a short walk from private beaches and breathtaking views. Book now for an unforgettable beach getaway!

NEW CLUB ACCESS FOR 2023...
Debordieu community clubhouse offers dining, tennis, fitness center, pool access and activities. There is a $200 per day charge for use of any of these amenities. The $200 per day fee is collected and arranged directly with the DeBordieu Club after your reservation has been confirmed. Rental Agent is not responsible for any club accounts or club arrangements. Effective 3/13/23 this home has a tennis level membership at Debordieu.

I’m done with the VRBO experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used to live nearby and after moving away came to this area frequently for vacation, but we won’t be back. It’s now overbuilt, crowded, and the DeBordieu community wants to charge outrageous fees to use their facilities. Thanks to VRBO, there are a ton of fees tacked on to make what is now a now mediocre experience entirely too expensive. This is a nice property, but I don’t like feeling like I’m being taken for a ride to do even basic things like rent a golf cart, swim in a pool, or buy a snack just off of the beach. This isn’t a critique of the property or the owner. It’s a critique of the system and overall experience.
