Perfect family stay

Christmas break 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: checking was friendly and informative, so was the checkout.the room (93) was the best location for the pool and access to the BBQ from our room.The laundry needs a bit if TLC, I am old school - coins to wash :). you may need to check BBQs as there were only 2 functioning during our time there, so handy to have. maybe larger skip bins, especially the Christmas break. the staff at the site were friendly and helpful as well. thinking of booking for 2024 and make it a thing to do with family.

Great location but not worth the extra dollars for the 3 bedroom

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was run down and quite dirty. Laundry trough was full of debris and the staircase was full of cobwebs. The upstairs roller door would not lock and the glass was so loose on all the windows that when it was windy they all rattled. On our last evening i felt like the roof was going to lift off, rattling banging sheets or something.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was unimpressed with how we found the room. Lack of cleaning multiple dead bugs on the floor, lots of mold in the bathroom. Cockroaches in the bathroom as well as bathroom fan caked in dust. Small fan in master room covered in dust, plus finding a spider in the bed. Not being informed about the pool being out of order, that booking sites don’t have correct updated information, as when booked it stated that both onsite restaurants were open.

We do appreciate your feed back, but there is no where on any of our sites that say the restaurants are open, the restaurant has been closed for a number of years now. The pool did have a break down whilst you were staying but the grounds of the complex are not managed by us and we were not informed of any issue, we do appologise for the inconvenience this may of caused you. As for the cleanliness of the unit we will speak to our contract cleaner. We do hope you enjoyed your time in Kalbarri

Kalbarri holiday getaway

We had a nice stay, but apparently Ray White said we paid too much for the 1 week stay. So we are a bit annoyed we were overcharged a fair bit. Our stay was great & weather nice, however a bit cool during evenings. The property was clean, but the lounges were soiled badly & this made us put a blanket over each lounge before sitting on them. When we took the blanket off when leaving it had a brown soiled look on them. On arriving to property we went to unlock the front door & on doing so noticed the whole barrel, lock was loose on the door, which was very bad. We gad to call Ray White to organise a handyman to come to property to fix it, or we wouldn't of been able to do anything, until that was fixed. We had to wait till the next morning for someone to come and fix it. So we were at property & could go and do our planned adventures because of this. A fellow arrived late morning the next day to fix. So not a good start to our holiday. That was very disappointing indeed. We lost time because of this situation. I will definitely look at the lounges for future guests arriving, I must say we are disappointed our contract cleaner hasn't advised us of this issue. As for the front door lock, we thought we did discuss that the door still operated and that our contract handy man was ok to go to the property to fix if you had gone out . We were unaware that you wanted to be there whilst he did the job, We asked him tomake it his 1st job for the morning We do hope your time in kalbarri was enjoyable and pleased to hear the weather was nice for your stay Kind Regards Kalbarri Accommodation Service

Kalbarri During The XMAS/New Year

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice and great little unit. Started with a shock when the place had not been cleaned but this was very quickly rectified. Ray White were onto it fast and the unit was soon clean and then ready for our use. Complex is nice with everything you need and close to all the amenities.Property was clean and well maintained. One mattress in the second room could do with a replace - the kids mentioned they could feel all the springs in the bed.Lock on the toilet door needs some attention - kept locking when the room was exited. Having said this, would not hesitate to recommend this as a place to stay.Close to the national park and the beach which are a must when visiting Kalbarri.

Needs a bit of TLC

This unit needs a little bit of maintenance done. The back sliding flyscreen door kept falling off the frame and other times would get stuck closed. The toilet door handle was very loose and was impossible for our children to lock and unlock it. Bit of a saftey issue being unable to get out. Only had 1 spoon which didnt work with a family of 5. We gave the feedback to RayWhite when we left 👍

Reviewer Comments: Overall I would give it 7/10The sliding door needs replacing as it doesn't open or close easily. Both our children cut their fingers whilst trying to open such a stiff door. The sliding door doesn't close completely, allowing mosquitos to enter the unit when glass door is open. Wall hanging hook needs installing correctly as its only hung up with fishing line.
