This tidy and well presented unit, is close to all the things that make a holiday great! Located between Kings Beach and Happy Valley, this is the ideal location for those that love the sun and surf. Breathe in the fresh sea air from the balcony and take in the coastal surroundings.

Walk to the park and enjoy a bbq while the kids entertain themselves on the extensive play equipment, and afterwards, soak up the rays and spend a lazy afternoon on the beach. If you are keen for some retail therapy, walk to the Caloundra CBD and browse in the many shops, boutiques and specialty stores on offer.

There are also many restaurants and cafes on the main street with much variation to satisfy the whole family. At the end of each day, why not cap it off with a dip in the Complex pool and a BBQ. For the ideal location and fantastic accommodation, this is the place for you!
