Welcome to Ringatorpet in southern Småland! It is 200 meters to Lake Åsnen. You will have your own Row Boat.

It was renovated in 2021. It has been in our family since it was built in 1889.

It is a large Swedish log home with 3 bedrooms, large eat in kitchen, large livingroom, diningroom and one bathroom. It sleeps 6 people.

It was built 1889. It has exposed beams in the livingroom. You an also see the original log walls in the livingroom and the upstairs bedroom.

Fast fiber internet and free WiFi, 100 Mbit. NO Smoking is allowed inside the house!

It is only 200 meters to Lake Åsnen. It is an easy stroll to the lake on flat ground. Row boat is included in the rent.
It is close to the new Åsnen National Park and the Åsnen Runt trail.

Ringatorpet is located in the southern part of Småland, between Älmhult and Växjö.
We are far from the hustle and bustle of the big cities.
You will find peace and tranquility in the woods of southern Småland.

The kitchen, livingroom and diningroom has pine flooring. The kitchen has granite counters tops.

The bathroom has granite tile flooring and a new shower.
The washing machine is in the bathroom on the main floor.

Lake Åsnen is Småland's second largest lake. The surface area is 160 square km. It has many small bays and islands. It is a great fishing lake with lots of wild life.
The Åsnen National Park and Trollberget are located next to the lake.

There are nice sandy beaches in Torne and Hulevik. Free parking nearby.

Ringatorpet is 200 meter from the Åsnen Runt trail, which is 140 kilometer long biking and hiking trail. It goes through beautiful areas around lake Åsnen. It is an old railway track turned into a trail. No cars are allowed there. The trail takes you through old and interesting cultural landscape, which offers nature experiences and interesting sights.

Ringatorpet is also close to the Sydostleden, which is one of Sweden's best biking trails, extending from Simrishamn in the south to Växjö in the north. It is 270km long trail. Via the Åsnen Runt trail you can reach the Sydostleden from Ringatorpet.

Lovely place to relax

Wundervolles Haus in riesigem Garten

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Ringatorpet sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön, gross und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Hängematten haben wir rege genutzt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die ganze Familie inkl. Hund haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur in einem riesigen, gepflegten Garten. Wir haben Hasen und Kraniche direkt vor dem Haus beobachten können. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung gestanden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Unser Urlaub in Schweden

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem total ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus Ringatorp. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wirklich super. Sie hat jede Frage innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet und man konnte jederzeit um Hilfe bitten. Das Ferienhaus war gut ausgestattet und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Das Innere des Hauses ist teilweise urig gestaltet. Die Terrasse lädt ein um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Unserer kleinen Familie mit Hund hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben die Ruhe und die Natur rund um das Haus sehr genossen. Wir hatten sogar das Glück unweit des Hauses einen Elch zu sichten.

Schönes altes Haus mit großem Garten in toller Natur

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Ringatorpet. Das Grundstück ist toll und absolut ruhig, nahe am See zwischen Feldern. Der See ist ein Paradies und wir haben traumhafte Paddel- und Fahreadtouren genossen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht in uriger Atmosphäre.

Ruhiges Bauernhaus am Rand von Asnen

Ein ruhiges und ehemaliges Bauernhaus in ruhiger Lage wenige Minuten vom Lake Asnen. Das Haus selbst ist alt und hat damit einen eigenen Charme. Die Gastgeber haben es liebevoll dekoriert und ausgestattet. Der große Garten ist eingezäunt und toll für die Kinder zum Spielen, während die Erwachsenen in der Hängematte oder Liegestuhl entspannen können. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist man, für schwedische Verhältnisse schnell in einer Ortschaft, beim Einkaufen oder im Café.

Schwedenhaus mitten in der Natur

Pro: - großes Grundstück mit tollem umzäunten Garten für Kinder zum Spielen - netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin mit vielen guten und hilfreichen Informationen - Fahrräder und Boot zur Nutzung vorhanden - schöne Terrasse mit Pavillon mit Insektennetz, und Grill vor dem Haus Kontra - Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, sehr viele Spinnen in allen Räumen und viele Hundehaare überall - ein Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage war nicht zu nutzen, da das Fenster nicht zu öffnen ging und es sehr unangenehm gerochen hat

Wie aus dem Bilderbuch

Ringatorpet ist ein wunderschönes altes Blockhaus im klassischen Scweden-Look. Das Haus liegt auf einem großen umzäunten Grundstück wo Hund und Kinder toben können, der See ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreicht, dort warten Boot und ein flacher Strand. In der Umgebung viel Natur aber auch die nötigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und eine gute Ausstattung bzgl Küche und Komfort. Insgesamt charmantes Landhaus mit viel Charakter, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort.

Romantisches Ferienhaus in Småland

Schönes und rustikales Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage, der nächste Nachbar ist mehrere 100 m entfernt. Um das Haus herum ist ein großer, eingezäunter Garten, zum See mit eigenem Ruderboot sind es 200 m. Das Haus ist im alten Stil belassen worden, bietet aber guten Wohncomfort. Zum Einkaufen (kleiner Dorfladen in Torne) sind es 3 km, ein etwas größerer Laden befindet sich 15 Autominuten entfernt und zu großen Supermärkten muss man 30 km fahren. Wir haben dort mit unseren Kindern und 2 Hunden einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub verbracht.

Wieder einmal schön!

Wir sind eine fünfköpfige Familie und waren das zweite Mal in Schweden. SMALAND ist eine tolle Region, vorallem auch für die Kinder. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und da die Schalfzimmer auf zwei Etagen verteilt sind, können die Kinder gut allein die obere Etage nutzen. Ein Fallgitter ist vorhanden. Das Haus ist gemütlich und es fehlte uns an nichts. Der eingezäunte Garten ist groß und nicht einsehbar. Kurz hinter dem Haus befindet sich der Fahrradweg um den Asnen. Super für Ausflüge. In wenigen Kilometern ist man mit dem Fahrrad in Torne zum Eis essen oder auch um einen Snack zu holen. Wir haben uns wieder rund um wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit, konnten uns kurzfristig Fahrräder mit Kindersitz zur Verfügung stellen. Wir können das Haus und die Umgebung nur empfehlen ! Danke für die schönen drei Wochen !!!

Pure Swedish Experience

The house and the surrounding is marvelous - Pure Sweden! Ringatorpet breathes history and absolutely misses nothing! The host Ulrika is very friendly and responsive . We spend great 10 days here in wonderful Swedish summer! Highly recommended especially for families / dog holders.

Traumhaft zum abschalten

Wir suchten einen ruhigen Platz zum abschalten, runterkommen, auftanken ... den haben wir gefunden. Wunderbar liebenswertes Schwedenhaus mit wahnsinnig viel Platz, einem Kamin, Wasch- & Spülmaschine und was man sonst noch so im normalen Haushalt (Glasfaser-WLAN) benötigt. Die Landschaft drumherum ist traumhaft, der See in ein paar kurzen Gehminuten (nicht mehr als 10) zu erreichen, um mit dem Ruderboot in See zu stechen. Der Garten ist riesig und perfekt, wenn Kinder Platz zum toben brauchen oder man mit Hund anreisen möchte. Das einzige, was man bedenken sollte, bis zum nächsten größeren Supermarkt sind es ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Einen kleinen "Tante-Emma-Laden" hat es im Örtchen ca. 8 km Vom Haus entfernt. IMMER EINE REISE WERT!!!!

Gemütlich und mitten in der Natur

Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sowie Zeit in der Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Viel Wald und der See Åsnen liegen direkt vor der Tür. Das Haus selber ist schon etwas älter, aber toll hergerichtet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin ist total freundlich und steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Ein Traum von einem Schwedenhaus

Das Haus ist riesig und hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern dort und hatten noch Betten über. Auch das Grundstück bietet Platz für alles, was da Herz begehrt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gut gepflegt und die Ausstattung der Küche vollkommen ausreichend. Das Haus liegt etwa 5 Gehminuten vom See Åsnen entfernt und auch der Freizeitwert in der Umgebung ist hoch. Das eigentliche Highlight ist aber die Vermieterin. So viel Herzlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Offenheit habe ich selbst unter den Schweden selten erlebt. Auf jede Frage wurde umgehend geantwortet und auch bei Problemen oder fehlenden Gegenständen im Haus wurde sofort persönlich geholfen, Neues gebracht oder Altes repariert. Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Danke, Ulrika

sehr schönes Ferienhaus

schönes Ferienhaus, schnell Respons von Eigentümer wenn etwas fehlt oder nicht stimmt. Wir waren die ganze Zeit draußen wegen schönes Wetter. Es wäre schön wenn draußen eine Feuerstellen wäre.

My husband and I bought Ringatorpet in 2012. It has been in our family, since it was built in 1889. It is very secluded. We love the deep woods of Småland and the small country roads. We especially like the Åsnen Runt trail. We take our two Springer Spaniels for long walks there. Ringatorpet is also close to restaurants and shopping in Växjö.

Why they chose this property

Ringatorpet is located between Växjö and Älmhult. It is out in the country. You can sit outside in the large yard and listen to the birds singing and the whispering pine trees. On a windy day, you can hear the waves from the lake. The lake is 200 meters away. It is an easy stroll on flat ground.

The house was built in 1889. The interior design is a mix of old and new. It was renovated in 2019-2021. Minimum stay is 6 days. Normal usage of 100kWh per week is included in the rent.
