2 BR. Family Beach Home Ocean lakes-Internet-wifi-amenities, 5 min walk to Beach

With our Special, reduced rates, you will be able to enjoy your stay even more. Come, relax with family, or just you and your other half. Feel safe in a friendly, gated ocean front community, with swimming pools, lazy river, water park, putt putt, playgrounds and so, so much more
Maximum occupants, 5 Individuals. We only rent to families. All the amenities and activities are yours to enjoy when you rent our Beach Home. We are located at 1226 Sharks Tooth Trail. We have Internet and WiFi.
We do not rent to anyone who comes to party, Senior Week or anyone under 25. We do not rent to adults that rent for teenagers and are not staying with them the whole time. Maximum occupants is 5 individuals.
No Pets allowed . No smoking, or Vaping inside our house. If any of these happen you will be removed from the premises by Security, even if it's your first day there. You will not get your deposit or any of your rent back.

No Smoking ,Vaping, E -cigarettes, etc in our home, and No pets of any kind allowed. No Exceptions Maximum Occupants 5 individuals

Our House is very relaxing

Our Beach House has two bedrooms with comfortable Queen size beds. We have Flat Screen TV in Master bedroom. We also have a full size futon with a very thick mattress. Our home sleeps up to five

We have two bathrooms. Master bath and a smaller bath with sink, tub/shower and toilet.
Renters bring their own linens, towels.

Kitchen is very airy with full size stove and large microwave over stove, side by side refrigerator/freezer, with ice-maker, electric toaster, coffee maker, can opener, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, silverware, knifes, etc. Everything you could possible need. Dining room with table and chairs, stools.

We also have an outside shower to clean those feet before you enter our home.

We have plenty of games, regular monopoly, junior monopoly trivia, checkers, Battleship, etc., cards, games for kids and adults, books for children and adults.

Deck has picnic table with umbrella. Also, have high back chairs with soft cushions to sit with a cool drink or that morning coffee and just relax.
Our home has Internet-wifi.
When you rent from us we will send you an express checkin so you can preregister your vehicle(s). During summer months this can save you from waiting in long lines. This way you skip the lines and drive straight through to our Beach House and begin your Vacation

Great beach house

We were in MB for 8 days for a softball tournament. 7 of them we spent at the beach house. Everything was how the owner described, the house was in a good location. We rented a golf cart, as the entire property is huge, but we’ve stayed there before so we knew what to expect. Barbara communicated with me in the months leading up to our stay and was most gracious. We would definitely rent from her again.

Wonderful Time, Place, Communication and Process!

My family and I had a wonderful time this past week at this great beach home! I really appreciate Barbara helping us with the process of checking in and getting a key to the place. Her communication was consistent, quick and thoughtful. The house itself was comfortable, clean and the location was actually far better than I could tell on the map. Very short trip to the Q section of the beach shore! Overall, this has been a fantastic experience from start to finish and I hope that we would be able to come back and enjoy the beach again another time (hopefully sooner than later!). Thank you!

Relaxing week

We throughly enjoyed our week staying at Barbara's house. The house was very well equipped for all of our needs. Plenty of sitting room in the living room. We enjoyed playing monoply and cards with our teenagers. The house was very clean and all supplies were provided for cleaning. The air conditioner worked great. Plenty of hot water and pressure in the showers. Location was close enough to beach and far enough away from the busy sections of the campground. Very peaceful and quite location. We will return. Barbara was great to work with and responded quickly with any questions that I had. The express check-in was also a plus for this home.

Do not recommend

No internet despite being listed as "on site". Husband had to use internet at clubhouse for some business. Second bathroom is about 4X6- too small for an average adult to sit on toilet without their legs hitting sink. Cannot close the bathroom door because there is no room for an adult to stand; had to close the doors between the bedroom and kitchen to make the bathroom larger, and the doors had 1 foot gaps in the top so there was no privacy between the bedroom and kitchen. Owner expects guests to clean and has an extensive cleaning checklist, I'd rather pay an extra $100 to have professionals clean. The home was dirty when we got there.

Sorry for any confusion, the internet is not listed "on site" in my description; however, it is listed in "Amenities" along with pool, water park, ping pong etc. We realize the second bath is smaller but it has everything that is needed. Sorry it didn't meet your expectations. Guests do clean before leaving so we do have a "checklist" for their convenience. We do have someone check the home after guests leave and we, the owners, came and personally cleaned before your arrival.

We had an amazing trip. The house was perfect, the second bathroom is a little small, but was perfect for our kids! My husband is 6'4 so he really didn't fit in the smaller bathroom. They were great with everything!!

Wonderful vacation

This house was perfect for our stay. It’s beautiful and updated, with a nice porch to sit on and watch the golf carts go by. Large trees shade the road and makes it so pleasant in the summer. The Murphy's were so nice to lease from. Will definitely recommend for a wonderful vacation experience.

Great place. Check in and communication was awesome. Had everything you need to cook meals. Beds were nice and comfortable. Not too far from the beach.Definitely best to have a golf cart to get around. My family Hope's to be back soon. Would definitely stay here again.

Our Family started camping at Ocean Lakes in the 80"s and then started renting homes for our Vacation later on. We loved it so much we decided to buy the home we own now.
