Very well appointed home nearby to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The high quality furnishings clearly state that this is a home and not a typical rental property. With lots of artwork to enjoy, and the home deserves its' namesake "The Art Gallery". The layout was perfect for our group of 3, and the Host was quick to respond to any questions that we had. This is a 3 level condominium floorplan-Ground level is the entryway and 2 quite nice bedrooms, and each has its own attached bathroom. Upstairs on level 2 is the common area, with an open kitchen, dining area, living room, and a full bath. The living room showcases artwork, a large stone fireplace, and high ceilings and lots of natural lighting, plus a balcony. Following the stairs to level 3 is the loft with another bed and 2 bunk beds. Sleeping 8 would mean 2 each in the 2 bedrooms, and the loft takes 2 in the large bed plus and 2 sleep in the two bunk beds. The Host has gone "the extra mile" to offer a high quality home to guests. It is inviting to adults and their well-behaved children- so a suggestion is to leave muddy shoes and juice boxes behind, as those aren't compatible with Persian rugs that cover a lot of the floorspace. Definitely worth a return visit! Thanks for sharing your home.

Michael, thank you so much for taking the time to write a detailed and sweet review. You are the model guest! I look forward to hosting you again.
My family and I enjoyed our time at this location. It was perfect for our family. The location was a quick walk toi the bus that took us to the village, where we could ride the gondola up to Canyon Lodge.
The townhouse Art Gallery property was great for the 3 of us that went fishing for a few days. The location is close to restaurants and the grocery store. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay great.
Comfortable with room for 2 families with teenagers in loft. Close to Mammoth ski resort with shuttle stop to resort right outside. Also, close to downtown Mammoth and walkable to good coffee shop and restaurants.

Emma, thank you so much! We look forward to hosting you again.
The property is in an ideal location, the atmosphere is very comfortable. The rooms are comfortable, the host and communication with Jen was the best I have had from a manager.
Highly suggest the house, I'm sure we will be back.

**Property is in need of much deferred maintenance! Washing machine was broken and they gave us 6 bath towels for 4 people, 5 nights(owner said he would pay for the laundromat to do the wash, which is nuts, go to the very busy laundromat with limited hours) Bathroom sink didn't drain, all the caulk in the bathrooms is disgusting, downstairs smelled of mildew and sewer, screens are bent so you can't open most windows because of the insects, no garbage bag replacements at all, dust is everywhere, code didn't work for the door which delayed entry because of unresponsive owner, screen door off so we couldn't open the slider and the weather was perfect too, there is a current leak under the kitchen sink, no coffee maker even it is pictured (they offered me a mini french press, like that is anything like a Mr. Coffee), the road noise is pretty bad in the master bedroom which is very small and does not allow access to the closet(just drawers) I do not really believe "they" or anyone really lives there in my opinion so don't be mislead. The owner did pay for some much needed laundry to be done, a whole $24 and gave us $100 for our trouble even though I said it was not necessary,I think to stop us from posting a bad review.Checkout is at 10am,he claims they need 5-6 hours to clean, really? This is the first posted review. I only do this to make sure people are aware of what they are walking into and really think twice. I would not ever recommend this place.
Great location to all of what Mammoth Lakes area has to offer. Walking distance to downtown area store. The beds are very comfortable and even had a small bear visit the complex.
Very nice experience staying here! Clean, plenty of TV's, clean towels, nice and cozy bedrooms, great environment for a vacation -inside and out! Good communication from management. Would definitely come back.
This home was very accessible and convenient to everything you might want to do in Mammoth; a warm and welcoming place to come back to at the end of a long day.
Beautiful home is a most convenient location. Beds were comfortable as beds can get and amenities are beyond most anyone's needs. I will not hesitate to return.
We had a very nice stay at the Winterset Townhouse. We were evacuated from South Lake Tahoe and Jen has been incredibly gracious and kind to my me and my family. The townhouse had a functional layout for us and offered the comforts of home. The pool and hot tub were a great distraction from everything going on and was of course a big hit with my 2 kids. The location was convenient and we walked to dinner a couple evenings. Highly recommend!
Photos are accurate. Nice condo. I felt there had not been attention to details that should have been. 1. ONE ice tray, not ice maker. And, nothing to dispense cubes into. 2. Sliding screen door broken. We learned it had been ordered 3 weeks prior. I felt we should have been told in advance. 3. Descriptions said twice how quiet the location is. Not true! On busy road. With windows open, noisy. 4. When I spoke with manager, she told me Information book had been removed for updates. Found out there are quiet hours, but we did not know it. We experienced very noisy renters in attached condo. We would have reported such the first night had we known, so someone could have approached them about their behavior. 5. Property manager was very responsive when I contacted her prior and during visit.
