Beautiful lake home

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. The house is spacious and had lots for the kids to do, it was renovated and beautiful inside. The dock was great for hanging out on and the owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay again

Badin Lake Hidden Gem

This lake property is so beautiful and extremely roomy. It has so much to offer a large family and has two kitchens which came in very handy! My family enjoyed the two level boat dock and the large fire pit. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating, To sum it up in one sentence: All of the details were perfect and we made wonderful memories!

Great Lake Getaway

We had a great stay at Badin Lake. Located in a private cove we enjoyed a boat rental on the nice dock and floating in the water. The house was nicely laid out and the game basement was a huge hit. Plenty of cooking accessories and all we needed for a great weekend at the lake! Loved the Blackstone to grill on. Highly recommend. We will be back!

This home is exceptional. Best home I've ever stayed in. Highest Quality on Badin Lake. Kitchen is exceptional for entertaining. TWO sets of Washer & Dryers (on different floors) make for extreme convenience.

Girl Scout Retreat

Beautiful well equipped house for a bunch of 70 year old former girl scouts. Stairs are a bit daunting for our age group, especially the main bedroom.

Nice place

Needs a new hairdryer as the only one there broke, also had no soap for showers and had to purchase garbage bags and dishwasher soap. Also you have to drive your trash off site which is closed on Tuesday and Thursday and opens AFTER checkout on sundays. Otherwise lots of room, ample kitchen space. Would have been nice to have more flotations for the lake.

The location of this house on Badin Lake is perfect, tucked away in a cove where water is deep enough to swim, but you don't have to worry about a lot of boat traffic. Beatiful setting and nice hardscaping with fire pit. The boat house with upper living area was an added area to gather and hang out. Inside the home, the Living space and Kitchen easily handled our family group with plenty of room to eat together while also gathering to sit together to play games or just talk. The basement area is full of games - pool table, foosball, and a ping-pong/air hockey table. This was a favorite spot for the kids! Tabitha and cleaning service were very responsive to our needs.

Great Family Vacay

This is a wonderful home for multiple age groups. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor- perfect for my 93 year old grandfather and my 78 year old parents who don't do well with stairs. The 2 downstairs bedrooms- where the game room and 2nd kitchen are located- worked perfectly for my sister and our kids (age ranged 13-26). And the master (a lovely, huge room on the 2nd floor) was a nice haven for my husband and myself. The kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of places to store food,etc in cabinets- and ample seating for meals and hanging out. I was especially appreciative of some little extras (hand soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, aluminum foil, coffee pot filters - and more)- I try to remember to bring all those things but always end up forgetting something- there was no need to return to the store thanks to having those things available for use if needed. I reached out to the host several times before our trip to ask questions about the property and clarify info on the VRBO site. She was always very quick to get back to me and tolerated my detail oriented personality. The dock is very nice (blue tooth speakers) and is located in a cove where the water is calm and great for swimming (no wake). The depth our wake surf boat without any problems. There are plenty of chairs, lounge chairs and a table at the dock too. They have a blackstone grill (charcoal as well) and a nice firepit (we did not use that).

Needs Some Attention

It was a perfect, quiet location on the lake but the house was in need of some better cleaning and care. Lots of light bulbs were burned out, missing a remote for TV, grills were old & dirty, and there was just1 old lounge chair for the upper deck so only 1 out of 6 adults could lay out at a time. They need to invest a little into making it a better quality vacation rental than it may be worth the money it rents for.

The house was great especially for large families.

Downstairs was great with all the fun things to do. The house was clean when walking in but all the kitchen drawers needed to be cleaned. The kitchen had everything we needed but definitely needs new pans! Despite those few things, I would stay there again!

Perfect vacation spot

This is a wonderful spacious lake house with plenty of privacy. We traveled as a group of 10 friends and this house had anything we could have wanted. We rented a pontoon for the entirety of the trip which was great. The house was clean and beautiful! Definitely see us coming back!

Perfect getaway

This beautiful lakehouse is just what we were looking for. We were vacationing with another family so the set up of the house was perfect with rooms on separate floors so we could spread out. The kids enjoyed jumping off the dock and playing ping pong ball and Foosball. The parents enjoyed sitting on the beautiful porches and taking in the views. Cooking meals was easy in the large and well equipped kitchen. We will be back!

We stayed in this lovely home over the Thanksgiving weekend. It is situated on a quiet cove. While the dock is older it provided all that was needed to fish, even in the rain. We prepared a traditional Thanksgiving dinner and we were impressed with how well “stocked” the kitchen was. The Nautical decor throughout the home is well done. Plenty of room for everyone, inside and out. We are not particularly tall people and getting into the bed in the master suite was a challenge! It is quite tall. The bed itself was quite comfortable. All and all we enjoyed our peaceful time at this home.
