The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a four-storey club house, working elevator. The total area of 60 sq.m. It consists of a bedroom, dressing room, large hall, bathroom and kitchen-studio! The apartment has two balconies and air conditioning. The interior is made in a classic style! The apartment is very bright and spacious. Repair was completed in 2019! We are glad to see you at home!
The apartment is very close to the sea. In the elite area of the city of Odessa. Fully protected territory, the house there is an elevator, apartment with luxury repair !Equipped children's playground, green area for recreation !15-20 minutes by car and you are in the center of Odessa !
