This is a very adorable cottage right across the lake and beautiful views of the lake! A large inviting living room, porch with a view. Full kitchen and bathroom. Its a great place to get away for the weekend with your family! 2 private bedrooms and a spacious living room to relax and enjoy. Only 15 minutes from shopping, restaurants, movie theater and much more! In the middle of Marble Falls and Hill Country Galleria.

Overall experience 5-stars. Wonderful holiday weekend here! Yes, we’d love to stay again. The property is a special place and in a beautiful location. The grounds are well kept. We loved the deer and wildlife. The river is accessible and wasn’t overcrowded even for the July 4th holiday.We found the cottage bright and homey with plenty of closet space. The A/C and fridge cold and hot water plentiful. A spacious kitchen. Ample parking. Short walk to the water and picnic area. Host friendly, welcoming and responsive. Minor electrical issue was resolved speedily.Kitchen had everything we needed although the pepper container was empty. We didn’t want to ask the host for some in light of the holiday weekend. No washer and dryer although that’s in the description twice. We would’ve gladly run a cycle or two. We also loved the photos of the water and assumed we’d have those views from the cottage but were mistaken. Kitchen disposal needs service - the motor hums but the blade seems jammed. That side of the sink gets backed up and drains slowly. The bicycle metal art in the main bedroom came off the wall onto my arm while I was looking at the lamp to see how to turn it on. Next day I brushed against it again and it came down on my back. Recommend upgrading the small nails. Hurt both times. Instructions to gather and place the trash in the outside bins confused us because there were no outside containers there. Placed it alongside some at the end of the road.

Great Stay!

Six adults stayed at the Lemonade Cottage and it worked out great. We didn't spend much time at the cottage except for morning gatherings and sleeping. It's in a great location. Wish it had a 2nd bathroom but we managed fine. I would stay again.

Perfect getaway

This cottage was just perfect for our family. We attended a wedding at Blissful Hill which was a 5 min walk to. Nice views and very clean. Central A/C worked fantastic . Perfect weekend getaway.

Location was perfect for our quick getaway! This house was perfect for our family and not far from where we needed to be. House was clean and offered everything we needed. The Property Manager was very easy to get a hold of and always responded quickly with my initial questions.

We have a boat ramp and a place to park your boat. Fishing pier available. There is a rental place very close that will deliver boats and jet skis.
