Mermaid Cove is located on Spring Avenue which is just a few blocks from the renowned shopping and dining of Pine Avenue. PARKING: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. *Note that the garage is owner-use only and is not available for parking.
