Any injuries or scandals caused by the carelessness of customers during the stay are at your own risk.
Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Please use an ashtray for smoking outdoors.
Talks on the deck will be until 10 o'clock.

Please do not climb on the deck.
If food or gourd is left on decks or lanais, there is a possibility of wildlife attack.

If the building is damaged, damaged or replaced due to the carelessness of the customer, we will charge for damages.


Clean the kitchen utensils and cloths you have used easily and place them on the kitchen.
We ask the customer to clean and store all dishes, utensils, etc. If the dishwasher is active at the time of check out, please leave as it is.
I will ask for your cooperation in the classification of (1) Burning Goal, (2) Bin / Cans, (3) Pet Bottle, and (4) Non-burning Goal.
If you leave food and trash on the deck and Lanai, there is a possibility of wild animal damage, so please be sure to bring it home.
After using the gas, be sure to check that the fire has gone out. ※ Do not put the remaining ingredients for cooking, grilled meat etc. on the table, but please take them all home or put them in the trash can.
When you return, please turn off the room lights, TV, air conditioner, etc. and check for lost items.
You can leave the entrance key open when you return, but please close all the doors before returning.
Checkout time is 10:00. Please leave by 11:00.
We strongly refuse to take home all equipment, bath towels, face towels, etc. Please note that we will claim damages if taken home.
