Beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf and unobstructed city views from this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath non-smoking condo with two large bedrooms. One room has a king-size bed and the other has two queen-size beds. We provide beach chairs, towels, umbrella and toys. Unit is directly across the street (100 yards) from the world famous Siesta Key Public Beach, which is consistently rated as one of the best beaches in the USA. For families, this is the only stretch of beach on Siesta with lifeguards on duty as well as concessions and public restrooms. Extremely convenient, family friendly and safe. This 6th floor unit is quiet, private, and spacious and is one of only 24 units located in this 7 story building. Features new appliances (including washer and dryer) and furnishings, 3 flat screen TV's and wi-fi. All the comforts of home. A short walk, bike ride or free trolley takes you to Siesta Key Village 'The Village' where you will find numerous bars, restaurants and shops! Fantastic views!

100% top notch property on the beach...literally across the road from Siesta Key Beach...very nice, updated with tile floors, full kitchen, pool, covered parking, etc. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

We had an amazing stay in this unit on Siesta Key. Check in was easy, and the unit was exactly as described. There was some construction going on in the building and the owners kept us well informed. The views are stunning. There is a beautiful pool. Proximity to the public beach is ideal. My family utilized the trolley into the village and found it to be very pleasant. We feel attention to some mild cleaning issues need to be addressed. Overall we enjoyed our visit.
