Brilliant location and fantastic host

This apartment was spotless and fully stocked with all kinds of suprises, all the accomodation is immaculte and especially the Kitchen and Bathrooms. location wise it is perfect for this area with numerous pools within a few mins walk and shops 2 mins, this accomodation will be stored under favourites

Highly recommend this property and owner. Property is well equipped to make it feel home from home. Information and communication from owner is informative. In a great location and choice of pools is great. A great time here as always.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Nur wenige Schritte zum Pool, was für die Kinder toll war. Auch ans Meer ist es nicht weit...also gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Fraai appartement

Het is een fraai appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. De twee badkamers zijn nieuw. De ligging is heel centraal, vlakbij een mooi zwembad met gezellig restaurant. Het park is heel mooi aangelegd met diverse zwembaden. Het appartement ligt op 5 minuten lopen van het strand en de supermarkt is om de hoek. Bij aankomst waren er een aantal kleine gebreken en de schoonmaak was niet goed. Na contact met de eigenaren was dit heel snel en keurig opgelost. We hebben enorm genoten en kunnen dit appartement van harte aanbevelen.

Bellissimo appartamento dotato di tutto peccato molto sporco sia il l’appartamento che la biancheria dei letto ! Villaggio bello e comodo sia le piscine che la vicinanza al mare !

This was our 3rd time staying at the Duncan’s apartment building n our 7th vacation at the Balaia Golf Vullage resort. The apartment is very well located at the entrance of the resort, close to the supermarket and not very far from Maria Luisa beach. Communication with the owner is excellent and hence why we chose this apartment for multiple times over the weekend cent years. Very well equipped with all you need for self catering vacations. Ground floor with strip of garden shared by a handful of other appartments. Would recommend to everyone especially family with children .

Beautiful apartment and location

We stated here as a family of five. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed and more. It was lovely and spacious and close to the pools and local shops. The area was perfect and short cab rides away from loads of lovely areas. The host was amazing and and provided us with so munch information making our stay even more enjoyable.

Lovely apartment, well equipped on a lovely complex!

We were so impressed with how well equipped and spacious the apartment was there was everything you would need and more!! All the information provided prior to our holiday was very comprehensive and again everything and more than we needed. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant around the complex and in reception. Everything was also very clean and well kept. We will definitely be looking to return, many thanks for letting us stay!! :-)

Nice property

The property is nice, it’s in a quiet location outside of town. Within walking distance to golf, restaurants and shopping. Unit was clean and well furnished, bed was not comfortable though. Staff at the office where very good, all really nice helpful people.
