The enviable location offers tranquility without isolation and benefits from spacious, picturesque surroundings and a comfortable proximity to all local facilities and neighbouring resorts. The contemporary interior has full air conditioning, and consists of a large, comfortable open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen / diner, both opening onto pool terrace and gardens. 2 lower level bedrooms opening onto the sunken rear courtyard and 3rd mezzanine (bed) room opening onto roof terrace. 2 bath / cloakrooms. Superb lawned garden and spacious, furnished pool terrace, with both open and semi-covered pergolas and a traditional Greek barbecue area.

The villa is located in a great spot - It's half way between Lindos and Pefkos - ideal for visiting both resorts and touring the rest of the island - Lindos is stunning and the Rooftop tavernas will draw you back each evening - The villa has several outdoor spaces, so whether you wish to laze on the sunbed in the garden under the olive trees or enjoy a drink on the terrace, or in the sunken courtyard, or on the Roof terrace, the choice is yours!
