Historic Villa Veneta situated in the peaceful lower half of the Verona province, the ancient manor house overlooks the farmyard and the huge garden. The secular garden, 27.000 square meters, with a new swimming-pool at guest exclusive use, is surrounded by ancient wall and watercourses. In the property there is also an ancient tower called La Colombara built at the end of 1500. Villa Maffei Rizzardi is perfect to those who want a peaceful vacation in the countryside. Perfect base to visit the wonderful historic cities nearby: Verona 20 km, Vicenza 50 km, Mantova 30 km, Venezia 120 km

A wonderful place to discover Veneto
We stayed for one week in the beautiful villa Maffei Rizzardi, perfectly located to discover the wonders of Venetia, Verona, Venice, and many other beautiful places. Our delightful host Emanuela was always there to help and guide us to organise our visits and give us the best addresses. The villa in itself is a unique place with a wonderful park surrounding an old family villa full of charms and memories.

Large family holiday
We had a great holiday in Palù. The villa is rustic and has everything required. The swimming pool was great and needed in the July heat. Verona is 30 mins away with Lazise on Lake Garda around a 50 minute drive.
The villa is in a rural setting with beautiful countryside all around. A great location if you are looking to get away from it all.

Repräsentativ und Familiär
Wir waren 10 Personen (2 Familien mit 6 Kinder zwischen 13 und 19) und haben eine fantastische Woche im Veneto verbracht. Die Anlage ist weitläufig (Park mit großem Pool) und sehr gepflegt. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend. Alt-ehrwürdiges Anwesen, so richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Ausflüge nach Verona, Mantua, Soave sind leicht weil nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.

Séjour inoubliable
Magnifique Villa Maffiei où nous avons passé 15 jours entre famille et amis vraiment bien agréables.
Demeure spacieuse avec un air aristocratique et non ostentatoire pour autant, un parc magnifique et une piscine très appréciée (chaleur et soleil pendant notre séjour) où l'on peut nager.
L'accueil très chaleureux d' Emmanuella et la disponibilité de la charmante Marisa nous ont permis de profiter de toutes les beautés de la région, du Lac de Garde jusqu'à Venise sans oublier les délicieuses tomates du domaine.
Le personnel du domaine est souriant, prévenant et discret.
Ce séjour dans ce Corte de Vénétie, à n'en pas douter sera inoubliable pour nous tous.

Une maison merveilleuse
La maison est magnifique. C'était un ancien domaine agricole et on y respire encore l'alliance de l'aristocratie et de la terre.
Tout y est beau et calme.
Manuela s'occupe de son potager et fait vivre cette maison. Sa présence nous a assuré de magnifiques légumes biologiques, une aide constante quand nous en avions besoin et d'excellents conseils de visite.

Amazing place!!
I had the pleasure to rent the Villa with a group of friends and family. The Villa is just not the same as the pictures, much larger and beautiful than I anticipated.
Amazing place, the billiard room, t.v. room and the pool were the main places of entertainment for kids and adults alike.
We did organize outside cookouts and dinners. The owners were very friendly and helpful when we needed to hire extra help for any occasion.
I highly recommend this place for a vacation.
