Great condo, amazing view!

Had our first stay at the Ritz in Bal Harbour and it was fantastic! The staff were awesome, the hotel spotless, and our condo had all the bells and whistles. Loved having a washer and dryer, so no dirty laundry going home. The view was just breathtaking. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed at this property a couple years back, and this time around was disappointing, because the property is getting outdated. The shower head in the master's bathroom is old and does not work well, the tv remote did not work. There was left over food under the sofa bed and no pillow cases were found, i had to call to get them.

Amazing condo

Beautiful spacious clean condo! Was a perfect set up for me and my husband and our two little children to go on vacation with their grandparents. We easily fit a pack and play in the double bedroom, and each couple had privacy thanks to bathrooms in each room (and an additional one in the main area). Three porches, one very spacious with gorgeous views. Ellen was really easy to get in touch with, and accommodated both early check in and late check out for us. Hope to return here!

Exactly what we needed!

As a group of "we like to think we are not high maintenance, but secretly are" moms, this property met and exceeded our expectations. The layout was perfect and views were beautiful. This was a great vacation villa with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, Nespresso machine was enjoyed, the living room was perfect for relaxing and enjoying conversation. The hotel itself seemed like it needed a little reviving - I think COVID took its toll...i.e. the pool area needed a power washing, IMO. The bedrooms were spacious and clean - it is a Ritz, so they were up to par. I am super picky about VRBO's and I highly recommend this property. Keep in mind that this is a private residence so your amenities from the hotel are not exactly what you might think. There is no daily housekeeping (you can get it if you would like for an extra charge) and if you order room service, you have to go down and pick it up. But, it is basically a private elevator that exits to your unit, so you don't have to pass by a bunch of rooms to get downstairs, other than floors beneath you. Just a tip: We ordered groceries and wine from Instacart upon landing so we were set when we checked in. You have a full kitchen, so groceries/drinks are nice to have on hand. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.
