lovely villa and fabulous location.

We have been going to Playa Blanca every January for the last 10 years (save for the year of the pandemic). We have stayed in various locations in Playa Blanca and have to say that this was by far the best located and would highly recommend the Villa to stay at.

This was our first trip to Lanzarote. Lovely property in an excellent location. Only 5 mins walk in either direction to shops and supermarket (nearest is Spar to the right which has everything you need). The Anvil bar just behind Spar is a lovely pub with live music most evenings. Utopia next door to the Anvil is great for lunch or dinner. To the left on the main road, head towards the sea front. There are lots of shops and restaurants and a couple of nice beaches. Keep walking to Rubicón Marina which has a handicrafts market and many lovely restaurants and bars. I believe there is also a good bus service but we walked everywhere.The villa was very clean and welcoming with comfortable beds and sofas. The kitchen is very well equipped. Also a lovely walk in shower. The cleaners came in every couple of days and changed the towels. Great terrace outside where you can sit and watch the ferries coming in. The communal pool is only a short walk away in the complex. There is a lifeguard on duty until 6pm. We noticed that a children’s pool was near completion while we were there. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The little shop in reception is a great addition. Really useful if you don’t have a car and don’t want to carry heavy bottles of water from the shop. We had a great time and are already looking to come back next year.
