One of the best locations in sunny Poipu Beach Kauai, Nihi Kai Villas Resort is just steps away from the Poipu shoreline and a little over 300 yards to world-famous body surfing Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park. The plantation style architecture at this small island oasis by the sea is surrounded by swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees, orchids, and mature plumeria trees accented by well manicured lawns.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Amazing Views

We were so happy with the experience at this property. Check in was easy, communication was great and the place was spectacular! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was our first time in Kauai and this place put the experience over the top. Our favorite moments were spent outside on the patio enjoying the amazing views and beautiful sunsets. Looking forward to visiting again!

We enjoyed our stay very much .The location is amazing and walking distance to Brennecke and Poipu beach. The managers were easy to communicate with and we were comfortable. The only glitch was that the listing showed futons as the 3rd bed but it was actually a blow up bed.

Wonderful condo!

We loved this condo - beautiful ocean view from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. We even saw dolphins from the lanai. Very clean. Easy access and check out. Good communication about check in with property managers. Very quiet location. No elevator but easy parking right out front at all hours. Easy walk to the local beaches and good beach chairs (would love an umbrella next time!). Overall, great stay and would love to return!

We loved the location of the property. All the staff was great, the views were second to none. The only thing I would change is the carpets need to either be deep cleaned or ripped out. If that happens, I would give 5 + stars!!

Great place to stay

We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean and the birds that would stop by to visit. The property is in a good location. It was very hard to find in the dark. If you plan to arrive after dark, I'd suggest getting directions to the specific unit you are renting. The address that was texted to us was to the main office, not the actual condo we were renting. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The beach is only 8 minutes away. Unfortunately, the property had only one queen and two twin beds. That was obviously not enough for my family of 5. When I reached out to the property manager, they offered to sleep on the couch or on the mattresses on the floor instead of having a bed.

Great location

Beautiful view of the water, sunsets and mountains from the balcony. To get this view you do some uphill walking and walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor but well worth it to us. No issues with the condo. Comfortable beds. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Walking distance to beaches, surf shop and restaurants. It was amazing seeing the turtles come up on Popui beach at sunset to rest for the night and watch them head back out at sunrise. We saw several monk seals resting on the beach and rocks during the day. Great place to snorkel with lots of beautiful fish to see. My crew had a great time surfing out on one of the outer breaks too. If you like to hike along the coastline with gorgeous views then take the short drive to shipwreck beach and take the trail from the beach.

This was one of the best equipped condo we have stay in. The view was outstanding. The grounds were beautiful. It was within walking distance to the beach. Cindi was extremely clean. I would definitely stay here again. Very quiet location.

The view really is amazing !

Everything you could possibly need for your vacation is in the condo, including beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment and sand toys. The condo has AC, but we turned it off and just opened up the windows in the front and back of the condo and there was always a nice breeze. Best thing about this condo is definitely the view. We spent alot of time out on the balcony. Only thing I didn’t like was the carpeting was old and stained. If they replaced the carpet it would probably get rid of the musty smell in the condo.

2nd visit to Paradise

My wife and I visited Poipu in 2014 and returned with our 3 boys (17-21) for a wedding. Great property with ocean views worth the three flights of stairs. A little difficult to find. Other family attending the wedding rented a $1.8M house and raved our condo was much better.

Great location, not too crowded.

All in all it was a fantastic stay. The accommodations were great . Main bedroom didn't get trade winds flow like the other rooms did, BUT we were happy to have multiple floor fans available. Only complaint was kitchen knife handle came off all the time. Frustrating when cooking. Loved communal grills!!! Great to have had beach chairs. Had we known we wouldn't have rented ones on way in. Great access to pool and beach. Will definitely come back again.... mahalo

Great apartment with views of the ocean.

We loved this place! We were impressed with the amount of space, the amenities included and the lovely view! The third floor is wonderful as there are vaulted ceilings and plenty of ways for the cool evening breezes to cool off the unit. We will definitely come again!

Fantastic view and close to the beach!

This complex is right next to the beach on Poipu. Easy to get to and very quiet and relaxing. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit on the 3rd floor of bldg 8. The lanai was large and the views we amazing! The unit was spacious with a full kitchen. No elevator so it was a 32 step climb to the unit from the parking lot. Nice walkable complex and BBQ available throughout the complex. Small pool but convenient. Would definitely stay here again as long as you do not have mobility issues.
