Very enjoyable week

Fantastisch!

Prachtig huis, schaduwrijk, koel, in de bergen. Diepe stilte, zorgzame gastvrouw. Van hier uit makkelijk naar Urbino. Fijn terras aan de noordzijde.

Sehr schönes Haus

Rundum sehr gut, wunderbare Umgebung, herrliche Ruhe, die FeWo ist in einem schönen Häuschen. Isabelle Riviere ist eine sehr sympathische Vermieterin, wir hatten einen freundlichen Empfang und Sie hat uns alle Fragen bestens beantwortet. Ich kann die FeWo sehr empfehlen.

Ampio spazio nel verde

Ci siamo trovati molto bene da Isabelle, l'appartamento è molto spazioso e c'è tutto quello che serve per un piacevole soggiorno, abbiamo passato le serate davanti alla stufa. La posizione è comoda per fare una vacanza "mare e monti" e consigliamo una visita alla Gola del Furlo dove si può fare una bella escursione al rifugio (che è aperto però solo nel fine settimana d'estate). Sono abbastanza vicine anche le città Urbino, Gubbio ed altre nelle Marche ed in Toscana.

Beauté-Tranquillité

Nous étions 2 et nous avons passé 2 semaines dans ce havre de paix. La maison est tout à fait conforme aux photos, cachée au bout d'un chemin. La région est très belle entourée de lieux à voir absolument : Urbino, Pérouse, le monte Nerone, la grotte de Frasassi... Et la mer avec une très belle plage libre à Fano est à 45 minutes. Vous serez en pleine campagne donc munissez vous d'un produit anti moustique. Merci à Isabelle, notre hôtesse pour son accueil et ses conseils de visite. Un très beau séjour !

Finalmente una vacanza davvero bella!

Siamo arrivati verso mezzogiorno alla casa, e ci è sembrata da subito un posto splendido! La Signora che ci ha accolti è molto discreta e affabile, il nostro bambino ha passato ore splendide con lei a "lavorare" nell'orto o a curare le 5 galline... l'appartamento è davvero bello, fornitissimo di tutto ciò che può servire per vivere... inoltre è in una posizione ideale per trascorrere splendide giornate al mare (Fano, Senigallia, Conero...) o in montagna (Monte Nerone, Monte Cucco...) senza sobbarcarsi ore in automobile... ma anche le città vicine (Urbino, Urbania, Fossombrone...) sono a portata di mano... davvero una splendida vacanza, e in 18 giorni non abbiamo ancora visto tutto ciò che offrono i dintorni... vedremo di tornarci quanto prima, comunque davvero un posto splendido! ***** ps. ciao Isabel, e grazie ancora...! :-D

appartement sympas dans une maison à la campagne

Appartement au 1er étage d'une jolie maison de campagne, tout le nécessaire y est dispo. Le décor extérieur est juste époustouflant, ruche, jardinet au pied des montagnes, forêt, fleur, ... Le calme aux chant des cigales. 😍😍😍 Isabelle qui parle francais et egalement anglais🤩🤩 nous a très bien accueillie, 🤗🤗elle nous a renseigné sur les coins à voir. Petit bemol avec 3enfants, 9ans, 8ans et 4ans qui ce sont ennuyé, manquais quelque ballon ou jeux pour enfant. Merci pour tout, je conseil.

La proprietaria, una donna gentilissima e molto discreta, la casa si trova nelle tranquille colline delle Marche, da dove si vede uno stupendo paesaggio, vicina a molte località da visitare, tra tutte la grotta di frasassi, Urbino e Fabriano.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre agréable en tous points. L'appartement est parfait, très joliment décoré et la vue est magnifique. Situè dans un environnement calme et tranquille, il faut bien entendu un moyen de locomotion. Nous avons ainsi pu visiter de nombreux sites très intéressants et proches d'Urbania (Pérouse-Urbino-San Léo-Sansepolcro, Gubbio...), fait de belles balades dans la campagne et profité des activités culturelles, elles aussi à proximité (opéra à Urbania). L'accueil de la propriétaire est discret et attentionné. Séjour parfait!

The best of both worlds

We had a great stay here with our two children (ages 4 and 8) and found the house to be well equipped and spotlessly presented. The location is great with mountains within a short drive and the beaches on the Adriatic about 45 mins drive away. There are local pools to swim in if you don't want to drive and great scenery with historic towns and cities within easy range. The nearest towns of Urbania and Fermignano have good amenities including trattorias and restaurants and a large supermarket in Fermignano.

Na een kilometerlange onverharde weg ligt de ruime cottage op de flank van een heuvel . Geweldig uitzicht over de omgeving. Zeer landelijk gelegen . Overweldigende natuur. Veel privacy , service waar nodig. Volwaardige woning. Mooie terrassen.

een landelijke , rustige plek met een mooi uitzicht

Het apartement heeft alle comfort en is rustiek ingericht.Het bed is goed en de schaduwzijde is fijn in de warme periodes. Een goed adres om je hond mee te nemen. Urbino is een heerlijke stad om te bezoeken en de kust is 1 uur rijden . Heel goed te doen.

10 jours calme ,très agréable , ombragé. Rien ne manque dans le gite.Une vue superbe sur les monts environnants Isabelle est prévenante et discrète . Promenade pédestre autour du gite . Pour y parvenir ,le chemin est gravillonné . urbania est une ville à découvrir .

Very nice!

Quiet, clean we definitely recommend this location. After spending a week in Rome and Venice, this location was perfect to calm down and enjoy the beautiful area. We had a bit a trouble finding the house (our GPS was lost) , but Isabelle was easy to reach and immediately offered to come to get us in Urbania. The house has a great cachet, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Urbania is close by with stores, supermarket and of course, great gelato.

A quiet, peaceful place in The Marken

Located at a very quiet and peaceful place, at the end of a "Strada Bianca" we really enjoyed our stay in Isabelle's appartment. We never noticed that Isabelle and her daughters were living in the appartment below.The appartement was equipped with all necessary items to have a nice stay. The only reason I couldn't give a 5 star rating is the fact that we missed the sun after 3 o"clock. However, this gave us a good reason to travel around in Le Marche during the afternoons. With many restaurants close by we thorougly enjoyed this part of Italy.

Lovely flat in the Marche

We had a wonderfull time in the flat in August 2015. The facilities were very complete, all we needed was there. The owner is very kind and helpfull. The property was private, despite the owner lives at the other side of the . We visited many old villages like Gubbio and Urbino. We have found local wineries and enjoyed the beach at Fano.

Wonderful appartment

I can highly recommand the appartement of Isabelle. Last week of August 2014 we stayed at the beautiful an large apartment of Isabelle. Everything you need you will find in the well equipt apartment. Outside there is a nice place to sit in the sun and enjoy your meal with a nice glass of wine. By car It's just about 15 minutes drive to Urbania where you will find different restaurants. Urbino is a beautifull town not far from Urbania. Sant' Angelo in Vado is a small town near Urbania. Tip, visit the museo Archelogico and Domus del Mito, an old Roman house with wonderful mosaic flours. Isabelle is always there when you need some help or information. Isabelle, thanks for the nice time we had in your place. I've read the book we changed, it was beautiful. I will send it to you or deliver when we come to Italy next year. I will let you know.
