Fully furnished 2 bed/2 bath condo is on the top floor (3rd - no elevator) of the Flamingo Palms Villas. It is located conveniently adjacent to the Palms Casino and across the street from the Rio and Gold Coast casinos. Cable TV, Washer & Dryer, pool and Free Wifi.

Walking Distance to the Las Vegas Strip (1 Mile). This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath top floor unit has all the amenities that you need for a 3 nights stay or a 1 year stay. Just bring your suitcase.

This place was just as good as it looks. It's perfect for 2 couples or maybe a family with 2 kids. You really are about 10 minutes from the Strip. When i had a question, the owner was very quick with a response. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The condo was great! Nicely decorated. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. 5 minute walk to the Palm Casino( they had a great breakfast. Also Uber pick up area very close to the condo.Quick ride to the Sphere and all the casinos. We had an isssue with our flights back to New York, due to a giant blizzard. Supposed to leave early Sunday morning but could not get out until Wednesday night. Ted andDeb incredibly accommodating offering more supplies and a night free! My husband and Thoroughly Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and stay here again next time in Vegas!!
