We had a wonderful stay at Casa Carina. Everything was perfect: the house was beautiful, stylish, very clean and well-equipped, with a modern kitchen, lovely garden, pool and breathtaking views. It’s a peaceful and private place, perfect for relaxing and exploring Le Marche. Our host, Louise, was very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend Casa Carina to others!

Wonderful stay to relax and explore the region

We enjoyed every day in and around the house! The house is well equipped and comfy, wonderful garden to relax. Region is just great for road bicycling (start from the house) and hiking (in the surroundings).

Negative.1. It's difficult to find the house if there isn't internet on your phone while on the way.2. There are 3 high steps between the living room/ kitchen and the bedrooms, witch caused difficulties for our mother ( 91) - this wasn't mentioned in the house description.3. There are many cracks in the walls, especially in the master bedroom - if the house description had mentioned that this doesn't affect the safety of the house, one might feel more secure.4. There isn't ventilation, especially in the bedroom where there isn't door between the sleeping area and the shower/ toilet room.5. There isn't bidet.6. The 2 existing fans aren't enough when it is very hot outside ( in September it was 36* C for a week and 20*C at night).7. There isn't range hood in the kitchen wich is combined with the living room.8. The moscito screen doesn't fasten securely.9. The roof in the master bedroom leaks when it rains.10. Cleanless could have been better.Positive1. The house is located in a secluded, quiet and hilly area.2. There is a very beautiful view of the surrounding area from the house.3. Good pool.4. Good Wi-fi and fast internet.5. Well equipped kitchen ( though without a range hood) and the basic food stuff.6. Good mattresses, bed linen, towels and also separate towels for the pool.

A wonderful place to stay

Set in a beautiful garden, the house was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Very well equipped, even the pool towels were supplied. Totally relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed cooling down in the pool each day and watching the fireflies in the evening. Stunning scenery and beautiful historic towns nearby. Great market in the the local town, San Ginesio, and the shops provided everything we needed.

Lovely property

A beautiful little house in a lovely location. It was beautifully decorated with everything you could need. One tiny point was that the shutters on the front door were a little swollen and therefore difficult to open. Apart from that it was all great - we had no children with us but loved the giant jenga!

Preciosa casa en un ambiente muy tranquilo

La casa es muy bonita, esta muy bien equipada, decorada con mucho gusto. Tiene una gran terraza y todo lo necesario para barbacoas. El jardin está muy bien cuidado y tiene muchas hierbas aromaticas, de las que puedes disponer. Tambien frutales, pero nosotros fuimos en junio y no era temporada. No pudimos hacer uso de la piscina por el mal tiempo. La zona es muy verde y muy boscosa y a pesar de que muchos pueblos estan recuperandose aún de los estragos del terremoto del 2016, se puede disfrutar de muchos tesoros artisticos. Lugar muy recomendable.

Alles super, wenn man es ruhig mag

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich top, so wünscht man sich das eigene Zuhause. Ein kleines Manko ist aus meiner Sicht die Lage im Bezug auf Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für jede Semmel ist man fast 30 Minuten unterwegs! Wenn man das in Kauf nimmt, steht einem tollen Urlaub nichts im Wege.

Schöner Urlaub in den Marken

Schönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen in ruhiger Umgebung und toller Landschaft. Perfekt und hochwertig ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ziemlich abgelegen, bis zum nächsten Ort San Ginesio sind es etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Tolentino und San Ginesio sind schön und wenig touristisch, wie fast überall in den Marken. Der Kontakt mit Louise war sehr nett und umkompliziert.

Perfekter Hide-Away in einer wunderschönen Ecke der Marken

Perfekte Erholung, wunderschöner Garten mit kleinem Pool, Boule Anlage, Olivenbäumen und Obstbäumen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit schönem Porzellan, Geschirr und Gläsern. Das gut ausgestattete Bücherregal haben wir nicht benötigt, da perfektes Sommerwetter. Mit E-Bikes kann man auch Radtouren direkt ab dem Haus machen.

Prachtig verblijf

Een fijn huis met alle voorzieningen. Luxe keuken, twee badkamers. Het fijnst en mooist vond ik de tuin en het terras. We hebben genoten van deze plek. Louise is een enorm fijne gastvrouw, antwoord snel als je een vraag stelt. Wij willen wel een casa Carina voor onszelf.

What an amazing place to stay. Gorgeous property with breathtaking scenery

The property is set in the most beautiful scenery, and you really get to experience the real Italy. It was such a well design villa with a superb art collection and decor. Being right in the hills meant the view was always changing, and amazing to just sit and watch. The pool was amazing and a welcome cool down from the August heat. The local towns were great and all the locals were just lovely, even teaching us bits of Italian. Try the coffee as you won’t be disappointed with the espressos. Louise, the owner of the house went above and beyond to make us feel really looked after and we really appreciated everything she did for us and the personal touches she has added to the property. It even had a coffee machine which made us very happy 😃

lovely house, great views!

we stayed in Casa Carina for two weeks and had a great time. The kitchen is perfectly equipped! The views are stunning. If you are looking for a quiet and remote house then Casa Carina is perfect for you!

Lovely house in gorgeous surroundings!

We had a really nice holiday at Casa Carina! We enjoyed the beautiful landscape from the patio, cooled off in the pool and cooked great meals in the well equipped and huge kitchen. You'll find everything you need for a lovely stay in this holiday home. Louise was amazingly helpful during the booking and in preparation of our holiday! I highly recommend choosing her house for a great holiday!!
