Fantastic 3 bedroom 3 bathrooms home in beautiful South Lake Tahoe

Absolutely fabulous vacation home with all the amenities to make your vacation to Lake Tahoe perfect. This beautiful property is just minutes from Heavenly ski resort, offering both winter and summer fun and a couple of miles from the lake and major casinos.
The accommodation includes 3 private queen bedrooms with a child’s loft area with bunk beds for two. Three bathrooms , two family rooms, kitchen and dinning room. Front and rear decks to enjoy the mountain air. Communal pool and hot tub with sunbathing and BBQ facilities. This house has no cable or internet.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All trash must go into the bear box provided.
Turn thermostat down to a lower level.

All garbage must be placed in the bear box upon leaving the property. Any garbage left in the house will face a charge.
Use of the bbq is only outside the property on the driveway, use of any type of bbq on the wooden decks is strictly prohibited will be enforced.
Use the Spectrum app on the games room tv for cable tv.
