Also, please keep windows and doors always closed while air-condition is turned on, otherwise it suffers badly too. For safety please DO NOT use living room fire place. Imperial Oasis is used for residental purposes only and subletting is prohibited. No alterations, installations or re-decorating atre allowed. Please keep in mind quiet character of "Imperial Point". Excessive noise and/or disturbances to neighbors in this location may be grounds for immediate termination and/or forfeiture of monies. No daytime/nightime guests are permitted in Imperial Oasis without consent of manager.
