Just Renovated with New Furniture Throughout The Entire Condo. Clean…Clean…Clean!!

This 2 Bdrm, 2 Full Bath, Ocean View Condo is located in the Tower at Myrtle Beach Resort. The Condo can sleep 6. Kitchen is FULLY equipped. The Master has a Queen and private bath with walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 twin beds with bath in the hall. Pull out sofa in the living room. Flat Screen TVs in both bdrms and the living room. Amazing views on balcony, and I’m not kidding! Northern facing, with gorgeous Sun and Moon Rises and forested oceanfront views. During the Summer high season, nightly fireworks show all down the beach from tourists. FUN!! We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, Tommy Bahama beach cart, Igloo cooler and sand bucket/toys. This is the sister condo to our units ACROSS THE HALL, Unit 2016, (VRBO#768338), DIRECTLY BELOW, Unit 1917 (VRBO#1306410) and in the A Bldg, Unit 529A (VRBO#1306410).

Myrtle Beach proper is just 2 miles north, but enjoy your time on the beach at the resort. There are 2 Wal-Marts within 1 mile for all of your initial needs, as well as, Lowes Foods, Piggly Wiggly and Target.

The Condo building has a full convenience store on the first floor in case you need anything and you won't have to leave the building! The HIGHLY recommended Quarterdeck Restaurant is located oceanfront, just in front of the building. They have an excellent menu of sandwiches and seafood dinners and it's actually REALLY GOOD, thank goodness, because it sooooo convenient!! Prices are extremely fair and, again, you can walk to it and enjoy the atmosphere!

Just 5 miles south is Murrells Inlet. Do NOT miss this during your vacation. Excellent marsh front restaurants and a boardwalk that runs along the inlet from restaurant to restaurant, then out into the inlet. The nightlife is fantastic here, with each eatery turning over into it's own watering hole, each with their own style. The BEST on the BEACH if looking for a great night out.

Great view and location! Sadly, the indoor pool was still being remodeled and the ground floor was a mess because of construction. Condo was great and we were thankful for all the beach gear! Owner was very responsive!

We really enjoyed our stay. Got everything we needed so we didnt have to go through the check in process. Just went straight up to our room. Clean, plenty to do onsite to keep my family of 5 occupied for a week. Had all the toys and beach chairs even an umbrella and boards that we needed. We would definitely book from this guy again.

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment is just as described. It’s clean and in a great location. Enjoyed watching the sun rise every morning from the balcony. We even got to see dolphins jumping in the water one morning. There was an issue with the electronic door code not working when we arrived, but the problem was resolved within minutes after reaching out to the owner. Communication with him was very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

March Break vacation with family

We had a nice visit. Much of the resort was under construction. There was not a working pool or hot tub in the building we stayed in. We had to walk to another building to use the hot tub. None of the pools were heated so we were not able to use them. The beach was nice and the location was great

Perfect for a family of 4.

Great location! Owner(s) were very great to work with. The condo was well equipped with everything you need. We were there during Tropical Storm Debby and had great communications with the owner and he was beyond accommodating and made sure we had what we needed. My only negative was housekeeping is not ontop of their game to make sure the condo is 100%. We would definitely rent again!

Beautiful view, nice resort. Apartment needs a few minor repairs - shower door, dishwasher top shelf, can opener didn't work well... small things but inconvenient.

Tv in master bed didn’t work during the stay. Rug outside on balcony was “pulled” up. Tv in kitchen is in a strange place, echoes into the cooking area. Both bath fans squeal. Overall it was perfect for what we wanted... New Years, on the beach 😎

Relaxing stay at the beach

The condo and the owner were both fabulous. Everything was clean and ready for us to move in. The view was spectacular and we found that relaxing on the balcony after dark was one of our favorite activities. The beds were very comfortable and it was easy to fall asleep after full days of vacationing! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook, although it was mainly breakfast and lunch because of all the restaurants to choose from for dinners. The beach was a busy place. The only drawback was the number of reserved chairs and umbrellas that were set up on the waters edge. After looking for the people in charge of them, we found they were all reserved for the week. So unfortunately, most of our views were from between the umbrellas. It appears that this is routine up and down the beach. I would happily have paid an additional fee in the rental agreement for a reserved set of chairs. This would allow a space at the edge of the water to take in the views. Overall a wonderful vacation. The condo was comfortable and the atmosphere was relaxing. We would definitely come back!

Wait until the construction is completed before staying here

The building is under major construction which affected our overall stay. The first floor restaurant and general store were closed and the "gym", while open, was basically a roughed out, windowless room with some equipment in it. Access to the beach and pools are also affected due to the construction. The Quarterdeck is the only close place open for dinner. The food is very good but it seemed like every time we were there it was karaoke time and it was super loud. The service elevator was broken so lines for the 2 working elevators got very long at times. The unit itself was as pictured and had a beautiful view of the beach. It was clean but not super clean like previous reviews stated. The dishwasher was broken and the refrigerator door would randomly pop open. The main bedroom TV did not work and the shower door would not close. Though they were all little things, collectively they were annoying. The Property Manager's response time to my texts was quick and helpful. The building managers were also friendly and helpful. Once the construction is finished it will likely be a nice place to stay but in the meantime I would recommend waiting until it is complete before staying here.

Great stay!

The resort had a great family friendly and fun environment. The condo was perfect for my 2 kids, my husband and I. The views were amazing! We loved being able to go from the beach to one of the pool areas and vice versa. We also enjoyed seeing the geese, ducks, turtles and swans every day.

We had a great time

We had a great time my husband , two kids and myself. The view from balcony was awesome however I would not book this unit again the bedrooms were extremely hot at night even with air on. The fans in both bathrooms sounded like they were going to take flight we’re so loud. Condo was also not as clean as I liked there was someone dirty underwear under the sink in master bathroom. I dropped something under and found that surprise. Kitchen also needs sissiors and a baking dish. Also is right next to a campgrounds on both sides and to get to condo on Saturday was a nightmare with all traffic. Other than bedrooms being hot and bath fans super loud was a really nice condo to stay in.

Love Myrtle Beach...

I really enjoyed my vacation and the condo in the Tower was great! We had plenty of room and anything that we would need. Beds were comfortable and we love Myrtle Beach Resort!! The Best place to stay!! My brothers are wanting to come back sometime this year and I will come as well and we are hoping we can get the same condo!!
