About this property

Great Views, Quiet Neighborhood, Comfortable Living! Spacious.

Fantastic views to the SW on a treed ridge 6 miles from downtown Cedar City. All neighborhood lots are multi-acre, upper-end properties. Quiet streets, wifi, two televisions, BBQ, garage bay. Home is on two levels: 2 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, and 1 bedroom and bath downstairs. The bed in the master bedroom is king size, and the other two beds are full size. All rooms get plenty of natural light. An ideal choice for 4 to 6 people.

NOTE: There is no cable or satellite TV. However, there are a number of stations received through the antenna, and there is Roku.

If you want comfortable living with great, constant views close to town, but not in town, or if you enjoy leisurely walks along roads with plenty of pinyon and juniper trees, this place is for you!

A real home in a nice neighborhood, close to Cedar City and all the hot spots in southern Utah. Very comfortable and well furnished. You get views, quiet, a garage bay with an entrance into the house.

What makes this property unique

1. Bright and airy: Lots of windows and natural light upstairs and down.
2. Great views looking to the SW. Nice deck with a picnic table.
3. Kids can be downstairs playing with a playing board games, or watching TV, while adults can be upstairs enjoying peace and quiet, socializing, or watching their own choice of programs.
4. Neighborhood is very walkable - it is a 1.4 mile walk around a treed, rural block.
5. Neighborhood is quiet.
6. Plenty of parking. A garage bay for one car with remote control.
