Villa A9 enjoys a quiet setting in a small mature development called Klimataria, within easy walking distance of the blue flag Pissouri Beach and with its own private pool. Being half way between Paphos and Limassol, Pissouri Bay is away from the main resorts and ideally situated for exploring the coast, the villages and mountains of Cyprus. The area will suit those who welcome a chance to relax, unwind and possibly enjoy a wide variety of activities including golf (Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills courses) and water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and diving. The villa is comfortably furnished and comprehensively equipped. Behind hibiscus hedges, the paved garden is private and secluded. Towards the beach there are a wide variety of restaurants and tavernas. Our competitive price includes air-conditioning in the bedrooms.The old village of Pissouri is about 3km from the villa and is very picturesque, retaining it's unspoilt charm.

I first holidayed on the island over 25 years ago with my wife Hazel and we both fell in love with the island and decided to purchase our property at Pissouri Bay near Pathos as a result. We visit 3 or 4 times a year though work commitments mean this is not nearly enough.

Why they chose this property

The property is two bedroom in size, both air conditioned with a fitted kitchen and lounge area. The villa is fully fitted and well presented and offers all the utilities you would find at home. There is a well presented, enclosed garden which has at it's centre the beautiful private pool. Parking is to the rear of the propert and all local amenities such as restaurants and bars are located near by.
