Villa 194 is a stunning spacious four double bedroom villa with it's own separate 2 double bedroom casita and recently added new self contained en-suite double room. Ideal for large parties or families the villa is extremely private set within beautifully mature gardens with it's own heated swimming pool and sun terrace. Within a five minute stroll are the first tee's for both the championship 'South' golf course and the 'North' as well as the five star hotel and golf academy. La Manga Club also hosts a 28 court tennis centre, bowling green, squash courts, football academy, supermarkets, designer shopping, and sensational restaurants and cafes offering every type of cuisine. Both the Villa and Casita have central heating/air-conditioning and satellite TV (sky sports and other premium channels) and the property enjoys it's own private parking. There is also broadband (wifi) in the main villa.
