This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath newly remodeled home is perfect for both small and large groups and sleeps 14 comfortably. Just one block to the beach, you can hear the ocean while relaxing on the large deck.
Main level includes an open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Upstairs are three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king size bed bed and private bath. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen size beds. In addition, there is a large bonus room with four twin beds (perfect for a kids game room too).
House is newly remodeled with all brand new furniture, mattresses, linens and kitchen utensils. The three car garage includes a ping pong and Foosball table. Large deck is complete with patio furniture and grill.

It has great beach access to a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach that ends at Cape Kiwanda's famous Pelican Pub within walking distance! Pacific City is a gorgeous beach town that is a perfect spot for surfing, fishing, crabbing, hiking and a beach lover's paradise.
