We couldn't have had a better stay. The house was quirky and welcoming (especially with the lovely cake) and had everything we could need for a comfortable stay.We enjoyed visiting the local high street and stopping for a brew in the cafes, but the best was being able to walk for just one minute and jump in the sea!Shaun and Russel couldn't have been better hosts and we look forward to being able to stay again the future.

Had a lovely stay for 3 nights from 9th July with friends, hosts were amazing with communication and things like the provided tea, milk, coffee and cake help a lot when you first arrive.It’s so close to the sea and great for coastal walks.Accommodation is quirky in a good way with two bathrooms and I must say the beds were very comfortable, it also has a great outdoor space and upper floor living area.It’s a must stay if you go to Selsey and hopefully I will return one day.

Quirky and fun property by the sea. Each bedroom was so comfy and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed and more. The little touches in the house alluding to its origins as a railway carriage were great. View from upstairs living room over the sea was gorgeous. Secluded garden to sit in was lovely. A sun trap but tree shade as well. Highly recommend the Seagulls!

Had the most amazing stay from 2-5/1 with my family for my birthday. Seagulls is absolutely amazing…..could not fault anything. So clean, quirky and basically on the beach. Can’t wait for our next visit as we definitely rebook 100%

We had a lovely stay at Seagulls seeing in 2026. The house was full of character, well equipped, spacious clean and tidy. The secure garden was ideal for the dogs. The log fire was nice and extra blankets very thoughtful. Beds were cosy and comfy too. Being a stones throw from the beach was brilliant. We'd definitely stay again.

The whole family really enjoyed staying at Seagulls. Although it was quirky it was still well appointed and cosy. The grandchildren enjoyed the garden and going to the park to play.

Girls weekend away

We had a wonderful stay at Seagulls. Very spacious clean property with a lovely secure wraparound garden which was perfect for our dogs! Location near the beach was great. Pubs within walking distance was a bonus. Great host who responded very quickly to any queries.

Seagulls was wonderfully clean, well equipped and quirky! It was perfect for our family with young children - they particularly enjoyed the garden space. A lovely big cake was waiting for us and great communication with the hosts. Thank you for a great holiday!

Weekend celebration

Converted railway carriages for our bedrooms and a comfortable lounge area upstairs with views of the sea made this a fabulous venue to stay with our family to celebrate our Golden Wedding anniversary. Beach and amenities all close and the secluded garden made for a perfect weekend.
