Stunning 3 Bedroom Waterfront Villa with Infinity Pool

This luxurious 3 bedroom waterfront home is 25 steps away from the beach. Located in the calm and quite gated community of Costa Pedasi. The moment you walk in you know there is no other spot you want to be for your vacation. You look out the back glass folding doors and you see the Salt Water Infinity pool and panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. The house is fully furnished inside and out. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, walk-in closet and large ensuite with both a shower and tub; while the 2 other rooms each have a queen sized bed and an ensuite with a shower. All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning units and ceiling fans. Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances such as: a 6 burner range, oven, double-door fridge, dishwasher, Wine fridge and Beverage fridge and utensils. There is a walk-in pantry as well, and the wet bar. The house has both a washer and dryer, all towels and linens will be provided. IPTV is provided for the TV plus the house has three Sonos speakers to run your music streaming services. . High Speed Wi-fi is available throughout the house and Gazebo. The house & patio are wheelchair accessible. Grounds are fully landscaped and fenced with over 40 LED pathway / pot lights. The house and grounds are beautiful night or day. There is a very large outdoor gazebo with very comfortable wicker furniture, bbq area, and 3 loungers and a view of the Pacific Ocean. The house was designed to be wide open during the day with two large folding doors that open 10' each to allow the cool pacific breezes to cool the house. The colored pool light and over 40 LED Landscape lights throughout the yard give the house the feeling of your own private resort. plus we have a new 24KW Generac Generator to ensure a continue source of power when the power goes off in Panama, This happens way to often which can result in hot sleepless nights etc.

The house was beautiful, it was so nice to be in front of the ocean and the pool was so nice. You could not find a single thing this house did not have in the kitchen. The host was super responsive and accommodating.

The location was ideal for a beach vacation! My family and I enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the great care from the property manager while we’re were there! We also enjoyed cooking in the amazing kitchen and the pool was perfect for cooling off.

Beautiful house and location.

Just got back from a stay here with my wife and 2 kods (12 & 14). Gorgouse location with a stunning beach at the e d of the street. Hkuse was great with an amazing pool. Everything was perfect.

Relaxation and Views

Our family enjoyed a 5 night stay at this beautiful villa. We had ample space to relax and connect as a family. The beds and linens were nice, the kitchen was well stocked, and pool area provided hours of fun. We loved seeing the ocean views and the beach was a short walk from the villa. Ricardo was a great host and was available as needed. This is a beautiful area of Panama and we are so glad we made a visit.

Beautiful Property!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The home is oceanfront and playa la garita was a pleasant surprise. It had a rocky area with tide pools and then it turns into a very nice sandy beach. The pool and pool area are fantastic. The house is beautiful, private and very comfortable. The town has good options for dining. All casual and tasty. Great place for a couples getaway, a trip to reconnect with old friends or a family get together!

Amazing!

Gorgeous home, pool, & beach with access! If you’re looking for a place to relax this is it - you don’t even need to leave the property to enjoy an amazing vacation. We really only left to go to the market and to Smiley’s for dinner, but it’s a perfect landing spot for day trips to Venao and Isla Iguana. We loved our stay and will definitely be back when we visit Pedasí. Thanks to Michael and Hester for a memorable family vacation!

Really wonderful place!

We had a great time at this fantastic rental. The house was just beautiful and very, very comfortable. The outdoor area is perfectly landscaped and the view of the ocean as you spend the afternoon outside or the morning for coffee is breathtaking. Kippy was responsive, helpful and warm. Her suggestions as to were to go around town were right on point. Highly recommend this property if you want beautiful, comfortable, clean and every amenity taken care of. We hope to be back!

Exceeded Expectations

We had a great visit to Pedasi and Michael's place was excellent. The house is well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, outside seating area, easy beach access, and quiet location. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Espresso machine. WiFi was good in the house and we had reliable cell service (Verizon) in the community. Five minutes from town. Looking forward to another visit!!

It’s a great house in a great location. Spacious main area nicely positioned to look out over the pool and great ocean view. Beautiful beach right out front, great for long walks. Several other beaches in the area - Venao is a must for swimming and surf. Excellent food options in Pedasi and Venao. Not a lot of action in Pedasi but nice people and a great spot to chill out and enjoy. The view of the ocean faces east, so get up early in the dark to enjoy cool sunrises.

Paradise

The location of the house is in pure paradise. A beautiful house with an amazing pool and the beach just a few steps away, there is no way of improvement!!! Some parts of the house could have been more clean/ better maintenanced especially around the barbecue area but the over-all impression is unbeatable!! We can absolutely recommend this house for relaxing, calm and unforgettable holidays. We would love to come back at any time. Thanks!!

Pacific Magnifico!

Our stay at Costa Pedasi #17 was wonderful. The house is a truly stunning plan, well laid out and completely furnished with everything needed. The view, pool and shady patio are where most time was spent enjoying the ocean and breezes. There is a great, two-mile long sandy beach just 75 yeards away, Playa Garita, where you can walk, swim or boogie board after a short stroll beyond the initial rocky shoreline. Pedasi is a delightful little village just an easy 5 minute drive from the house, lots of little restaurants with good comida. Finally, the "personal touch" service from property manager Hester was greatly appreciated and her care and kindness was really outstanding.

Pure Paradise

After having stayed at dozens of VRBO places across a number of countries, we have never been inspired to write a review; until now. This property near Pedasi is a gem of a property in a beautiful location in Central America. Right on the warm ocean, you can sit on the covered patio of in the infinity pool and just enjoy the endless view and watch the birds fly by. You can take the steps onto the sparkling beach and walk for kilometres without seeing anyone. In a premier gated community, this property is truly amazing. Then there is the house. Very large and accommodating it simply has everything you need to enjoy your vacation with all the comforts and conveniences of home. You will feel like royalty when you stay here. Kippy and her crew is on site to provide help and guidance if you need it. Simply put, this is an amazing house on an incredible ocean-front property you cannot find anywhere else. Do yourself a favour, and book your vacation here.

What an Amazing Home with an Amazing View!

The Pictures are exactly what you will get. First of all you have an unforgettable view, it was so nice to float around in the infinity pool looking out on the Ocean. We had a bit of rain, but you can still sit out under the Gazebo; which is equipped with comfy lounge furniture and a full size gas BBQ - which we put to good use. The house itself had everything and then some. A/C in every room, including two units in the huge kitchen and living area. It was very clean and well equipped for cooking. the Master Bedroom was enormous with a walk-in shower and full size tub. And if you needed anything, you just had to message Kippy and she would get right back to you. She was a wealth of information; arranged a fishing trip, suggested restaurants etc. It is hard to put this all in one review; but this home was beyond our expectations and we would go back in an instant. Pedasi is pretty little town; with great little hidden restaurants. There is one Ex-Pat Restaurant(Smiley's) that was a bit more money, but had good food with live music Tuesday and Friday nights. We also found the small grocery stores in town had everything you need.

Paradise on the Pacific

We rented this house for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is very nice and clean and has everything that you need in a vacation property. We were met at the property by the local property manager, who made sure we had everything we needed and provided lots of useful information about the area. We spent a lot of time on the patio and gazebo enjoying the beautiful view, and the built in barbecue. The location is great and very quiet, located in the small beach community of Costa Pedasi, the house was directly on the oceanfront with a 180 degree view of the tropical Pacific. The house is also very close to the small town of Pedasi which has a beautiful town square with a great collection of local restaurants, a coffee shop with good Wi-Fi, and a couple of mid-size markets that supply most everything you need, including fresh fruit, local produce & eggs, cold beer etc.. The location was fantastic for exploring the many idyllic beaches, quiet small towns and natural beauty of the Azuero Peninsula region. We really enjoyed boogie boarding on the beach adjacent to property, and a trip by fish boat to the nearby island of Isla Iguana (which you can see from the front of the property). Another highlight was the arrival of fresh seafood at our door, brought around for sale on most days by the local fishermen; the locals were always very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Overall an excellent vacation and we would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful Home!

My Husband and I stayed at this amazing property for a week. Michael was very helpful and quick to reply with information requested before we arrived. He recommended Sam for some amazing fishing ! Upon arrival we were greeted by Robert who showed us around the property and was extremely nice and very helpful with recommendations. Throughout our stay he was readily available for questions or help with anything we needed or asked for. The property location is spectacular! We could sit out on the porch and watch the whales as they went by. The pool was refreshing and we used the BBQ several times. The house was equipped with anything you could need and more. We will be back ! Thank you Michael and Robert for an amazing trip!

Family vacation

The house is beautiful!! My family & I enjoyed our stay & Robert the property manager was extremely helpful during our stay. I will say the town of pedasi is pretty quiet & there isn't much to do or see there. We had to drive to the next town over to get what we needed.

Amazing!

What a marvelous stay in Pedasi! The home was comfortable, clean, well-maintained and fully equipped with everything possibly needed for a relaxing beach getaway. Michael and Robert were readily available to answer any questions or offer suggestions as needed. Can’t wait to come back again!

The large Gazebo allows you to stay outside all day enjoying the view and constant trade winds which relaxes and cool you, The two large folding doors open the house up to the outdoors and allow easy access and keeps the house cool. The Gas Barbecue and prep area allows a great place to cook and entertain or just hang out. Throw in the Infinity pool and their is no were else you will want to spend time
