Wonderful and quiet villetta, Lago Maggiore view, with private garden and easy free car parking right in front. Ideal for spending relaxing time surrounded by the beautifulness of the nature.
Suitable for families and Couples.
Available also in autumn and winter, all heated spaces.
House has a beautifoul lake view, a private garden surrounded by a nature' environment. Quiet and Relaxing place. Private car parking righ in front. Property has two bed rooms with pillows, sheets and blankets included. Wide living room. Kitchen with mini washing dishes machine, kettle, microwave, automatic espresso and cappuccino machine, stoves, dishes, pans, spices and kitchen stuff. Laundry room with washing machine and iron. Outside is private garden lake view with terrace, amaca, pool (on summer time), shower and bbq. Toilette with towels, hair dryer, soap, shower gel, shampoo and weight checker.
You can reach the lake shore walking in about 15/20 min.
Free wifi available in home.

Ideal zum "Runterkommen"

Alles stimmt mit der Beschreibung überein. Nur 2 Punkte fehlen. Es gibt kein deutsches Fernsehen !! Und leider fehlten die Sektgläser, zur Begrüßung gab es nämlich 1 Flasche Sekt! Man MUSS alles mit dem Auto machen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist den steilen Berg runter und dann nach Stresa. Uns hat das nichts ausgemacht denn wir wollten Ruhe. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und jederzeit "griffbereit" Wir können das Haus allen empfehlen die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit suchen. Von uns 5 *****

A Hidden Gem

We were met by Dasha and Luca who could not have been more helpful in showing us where everything was and how it worked. We especially liked the "mini-shop" idea which we found very handy. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect, peaceful with wonderful views over Lake Maggiore especially with a glass of wine in hand at the end of the day. Located in Belgirate which has a couple of restaurant but close enough to Stresa for a night out which has a wonderful selection of restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere. The only thing we felt that it lacked was garden / patio furniture for Al Fresco dining.

a perfect house for a perfect holiday

Entspricht der Preiskategorie

Wir waren mit unserem Ferienhaus zufrieden. An der ein oder anderen Stelle wurden wir etwas enttäuscht, so steht bspw. nur ein Tisch zur Verfügung (auf den Bildern im Inserat steht ein Tisch innen und außen, dabei handelt es sich um den gleichen Tisch, welcher für die Bilder verschoben wurde). Um den Tisch außen tatsächlich mit 5 Personen zu nutzen, fehlt fast der Platz, es wurde teilweise sehr eng... Die Badewanne hat seit längerem keine gründliche Reinigung mit einer Bürste gesehen, der Schmutz war für uns einfach zu entfernen, hat uns (5 Jungs) aber auch nicht größer gestört. Sonst war das Haus sauber und die Austattung entspricht dem Inserat. Für 5 Personen wurde es bei uns jedoch im Kühlschrank etwas knapp (10 Bier, Grillfleisch und ein wenig Gemüse, schon war er voll) Zum See sind es wie angeben ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, zum nächsten Strand jedoch eher 30 Min. mit starken Steigungen. So haben wir uns lieber ins Auto gesetzt, und Strand / Bootsverleih mit einkaufen oder Restaurant verbunden. Im Ort des Ferienhauses selbst hat man seine Ruhe, zum Einkaufen, Essen oder für Freizeitbeschäftigungen muss man eben die Nachbarorte direkt am Seeufer anfahren. Der Preis ist kaum zu überbieten, zumindest wenn man mit 5 Personen bucht. Die Übergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert und die Vermieter waren stets freundlich. Bei der Erstattung der Kaution wurde jedoch ein Teilbetrag wegen Mülltrennung und Reinigung der Außenanlagen einbehalten, was wir nur teilweise nachvollziehen konnten. Nichts desto trotz können wir das Haus für einen günstigen Aufenthalt in schöner Landschaft am Lago Maggiore empfehlen, ebenso geben wir die Empfehlung ausreichend Moskito-Schutz einzupacken :-))

Excellent séjour dans cette villa, tout y est ! Intérieur très bien pensé et extérieur très sympa !

Excellent accueil de Luca et de sa femme. La maison est très bien équipée, tres propre, et la vue du jardin sur le lac majeur est somptueuse. Nous avons bien profité également de la petite piscine et du grand transat extérieur. Idéal notamment pour un séjour en famille.
