This modern and well furnished private property is set in 1.2 acres and benefits from its large and spacious design having ample space to relax in privacy, it has its own private pool, private gardens, and secured private parking, surrounded by fruit and olive trees with stunning countryside views. The property is very secure particularly for children having perimeter railings all round and with access to the property via remote controlled gates. One of the other key features is that because of its hill top position (approx 500 meters above sea level) make the evenings much cooler making it more comfortable to relax and enjoy. With its rural setting this property makes it perfect for guests who like walking and hiking. The friendly small town of Montefalcione which is only 15 minutes walk away offers lots of things to do for everyone of all ages where you can relax and enjoy with the locals particularly in the summer evenings sitting around the cafe`s and bars or strolling up and down the main street into the Piazza. ( Free Wi-Fi connection is also available from most of the Bars )

My wife and I are retired and we both live in the uk.
We spend most of the summers in Italy not just at our own property but also with relatives and friends as we have lots of relatives that live all over Italy. I am of Italian origin from the southern part of the country and speak the language fluently. I love this part of Italy where I can relax and enjoy all the local events and socializing with the friendly local people.

Why they chose this property

The property was built and was completed in 2005.
The reason for this location is that I am originally from this area but more so it reminds me of the slow pace and the laid back way of Italian life. Only a short walk into the small picturesque town of Montefalcione where you will find a variety of Shops , Mini Markets, Post Office, Bank, Cash machines, Bus service to nearby towns and villages not forgetting a selection of local restaurants , pizzerias, and bars. Also not too far away is the familiar Neapolitan Riviera just 60 minutes car drive accessible via an excellent Major road and motorway network where you can visit Naples , Sorrento, Amalfi, Maiori, Positano, Ravello, Pompeii, Vesuvius or you can take a short trip to the Islands of Capri or Ischia and much more just ask for more information when booking
