completely wooden house on wooded land located in "Amélie beach on the big dune oécan separated by a natural site, close to the center of Soulac sur Mer. In the small village of Amelie, accessible on foot or by bike path, you will find restaurants, newsagent, bakery, grocery store.
The house has two bedrooms and a mezzanine of 20m2 overlooking living room for 3 beds.
