Such a wonderful place for a family holiday. The pool is large and having paid extra to have the pool heated during our stay was a lovely temperature. Which allowed the kids to enjoy a late night dip when the lights in the pool comes on at 9pm. The Sun remains around the pool all day, with plenty sunbeds. There was plenty of lovely restaurants to choose from at the marina which was a 25 minute walk with children. The villa was spotless and very spacious. It's in a lovely peaceful relaxing area. The host dermot was quick to reply to any questions we had.Honestly cannot recommend enough. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The whole place is immaculate and has everything you need. The pool and outdoor area was also amazing.Communication with Dermot was great too.The nearest supermarket was about 10 minutes walk away. We used Uber a lot to get to/from the marina and was only around 9 each time for 5 of us.If I could suggest any improvements it would be to have some dressing tables in the bedrooms for ladies to do their hair and makeup, or alternatively utilise the empty space in the living room area for a group dressing area with hairdryers and mirrors etc.A blind in the 4th bedroom upstairs for the small window would also be beneficial as the villa opposite has a light on all night, so the room was never dark enough, but other than that I can’t fault the place. Absolutely beautiful and we had an amazing stay. We will be back!

Amazing Villa and host! The pictures on VRBO do not do this villa justice. The check-in process is smooth and easy. You have everything you need (and more) provided and the villa was immaculate. We travelled as group of 8 and had more than enough space. Everything was spotless and the presentation when you arrive is beautiful. The pool area is not overlooked at all and the living area was extremely spacious. The location is great, a nice walk to the supermarket and marina and if you don’t fancy walking, the taxis are cheap as chips!Dermot was a great host, helpful and quick to respond to any query’s.Our only moan (and it’s a really petty one) is that as a group of females, we had nothing in the rooms to put our girly bits on (make up bags/toiletries, etc) Like I said, considering how lovely this villa is, it’s a minor moan.We will return to Vilamoura and can’t wait to book this villa again.

What an absolutely beautiful place. The whole villa was spotless, the pool area is absolutely gorgeous and the living area is huge! We were 2 families of 4 and had loads of space! The distance from the marina is perfect, about a 20 minute walk each way which was lovely on a sunny evening, and the area in which the villa is in is so peaceful and green. Any questions we had for the owner were answered quickly and efficiently and the whole process of arriving was seamless! I would not hesitate to go back, Infact I am counting down the days until we can book again! Thank you for making our holiday so lovely!

Fantastic villa!

We had a lovely stay at the property. Even though the pictures on the website look amazing, on arrival the villa, garden and pool exceeded expectations. The Villa was spotless on arrival and is fully equipped which meant a relaxing and enjoyable 1 week stay. I would definitely stay again if I returned to Vilamoura.

Dermot (host) was very helpful in getting us a Bluetooth speaker which had gone missing. A small detail but he went out of his way to make sure we had it. Lovely property in a perfect area near the marina.

Amazing holiday

Me and my family visited this villa for our summer holiday. The villa is amazing, so much space all the bedrooms are a really good size and living/kitchen area is great too and all clean. Pool size was great and bigger than expected. Spar located around a 10 minutes walk away. We used uber mostly which we found great 4 euros for a 4 seater taxi. Would highly recommend if your thinking of going to Vilamoura.

Lovely family holiday

We had a great time at this villa for a family birthday. Dermot was super helpful and was very quick to reply and help with any queries we had. Location is a nice 15/20min walk down the marina but with Uber it was only a 5 minute drive. Would recommend spending the additional cost for pool heating. We hired a car because we had a little one but not needed. Villa was very clean and tidy and photos matched reality. Would stay here again.

Fantastic Little Gem

We stayed at the Villa for 5 nights recently and everything about the Villa was perfect. The villa was roughly 25mins in a taxi from the airport, a ten min walk to the Marina, 20 or so minutes to VDL and similar to Albufeira - as a location - it is excellent. Inside the Villa, it is very modern, a lovely (we paid for heated) pool, Granite work tops and very modern. I highly recommend the villa and Dermot the host was excellent, offering clear instructructions and on hand at any point with any queries we had. Fantastic villa - will be returning.

Great villa and location

We were initially concerned about the salt water pool, we needn’t have been as you could hardly tell. The villa is lovely, it was perfect for what we wanted. 4 good sized bedrooms all with air conditioning. Kitchen was adequately equipped. And walking distance to local shop and the marina with great restaurants. The host was excellent he responded to my messages quickly and the 1 issue I had (regarding the safe) was dealt with within half hour. I would highly recommend this villa and I’m certain we’ll be back.
