A stylish and elegant villa located in a traditional and tourists’ favourite village ‘Kamilari’. The Golden Sky-Villa Rafaela has a unique architecture with modern artifacts in smoothing colours. which can captivate your mind and soul.

The two-storey villa can host 2-6 people and features 2 bedrooms with king size bed, 1 bedroom with two-singe comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, 3 balconies and a spatial luxury living room for relaxing moments.

A private pool in a beautiful garden with comfortable furnitures and BBQ awaits you outside the villa for unforgettable memories under the sun and sunset. The amazing view to the Libyan Sea and the colourful sky during the sunset can easily allure your feelings.

The village Kamilari, one of the most famous villages in Crete, is close to amazing beaches such as Kalamaki, Matala and Komos. In the near by area, you can find plenty of desirable restaurants with delicious traditional Cretan food, archaeological sites like Phaistos and museums. In the evening you can enjoy a drink at traditional and cosy places in Kamilari and the more adventurous can try the nightlife in Matala.

We are willing to serve the needs of every guest. All our guests are provided towels, pool towels, bathrobes and slippers. The mattresses and linens are COCO-MAT products. We can also provide baby cot and baby feeding chair (free of charge) after request. Transfer to and from the airport (additional charge) can be booked after request.

Outstanding!

Couldn’t fault this beautiful villa and the wonderful hosts. However, it is quite remote and so if you want to explore a little you will need a car. Perfect for those looking for a quiet break in an area of outstanding natural beauty!

Beautiful home, beautiful location, wonderful family

Title says it all. Home is beautiful. Pool and outdoor areas are great and the views of the countryside and ocean are spectacular. George and Eleni were very helpful and responsive with any questions and requests. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Fabulous villa with superb modern facilities, pool & outdoor area

As a family of 4 with older children we found the villa really comfortable and spacious with a great pool and outdoor area. During the booking process and before arrival we had all our questions answered really quickly making it an easy choice to book. Everything was made available making our stay relaxing with friendly hosts who met and welcomed us on arrival. The location was superb for us in a quiet location, with just a short walk into the local village. We will definitely be looking to return to enjoy again! Thanks George, Maria and Helen for making our stay a special one

Wonderful

Villa Rafael is beautifully designed, immaculate and perfectly equipped. It’s very private with a superb pool and great views. The ‘town’ centre is a 3 minute drive or 10 minute max walk and has an excellent supermarket and a choice of tavernas - the best being Milonas (ask for a table on the balcony looking out over the valley).. Matala and the lovely Komos Beach are about 10 minutes by car. The owners - George and Eleni- are very responsive and generous - providing a lovely welcome pack, ample toiletries and a leaving gift of home made olive oil. A wonderful villa in every way.

HEERLIJK!

We hebben een super-vakantie beleefd in de villa. Alles was perfect in orde. De eigenaars doen er alles aan om je verblijf onvergetelijk te maken. De omgeving is erg mooi en je bent in de buurt van een gezellig dorp met alle voorzieningen. We werden ook uitgenodigd op een diner in een schilderachtig dorp en kregen bovendien een uitstap naar het echte landelijke Kreta aangeboden. super!!!

Amazing!!!

The house is perfect!! The host are perfect!! It is our new place we will always stay in Crete! The host are always at your service and ready to help and give advice!!! Everything is clean and they will offer to clean it even more. They were friendly and the house was well taken care of! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Crete! You don’t need to bring anything but yourself and your clothes! They supply even laundry detergent! Every night was spectacular and our kids loved the pool and the air conditioning! When we left they gave us honey and Olive oil! It was the best gift ever! It was so nice to feel like family was so important! Thank you so much for our stay and for telling us about the best pizza in the world!! We had and amazing time!!!!!!!!

Lovely villa with great views and fantastic outside area

We stayed in villa Rafaela in July for 12 nights and we had a lovely holiday the villa was fantastic the best we have ever stayed in. Comfortable beds and good air con, 2 nice showers and plenty of towels and bedding. The family were very friendly and welcoming and all the little extra things they provide made it very special. The views from the villa are beautiful and there is plenty of shade and the cool breeze was very welcome in the heat. We loved the seating options outside and the comfy sun beds with lots of space around the pool and a great BBQ and pizza oven area. The Villa is very private and quiet. There are lots of places to eat and beaches just a short drive away. We love the quieter side of the island. Komos was our favourite beach as not as rocky and had great waves. We were all very sad to leave such a excellent villa in a lovely part of Crete. Thankyou for making our stay so enjoyable

wonderfull place to stay in South Creta

wonderful and practical villa with very nice terraces on the ground floor but also on the first floor giving the opportunity to have a 360 view on the sea, the messara plain and the south ridges. Very practical kitchen, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, practical windows. Air conditionning working well with a well isolated building giving you to possibility to hide from the outside heat. Very warm welcome from the owners in an extremely well maintained house. Definitely the right choice to stay in Kamilari at 10 minutes from the Komos or Matala beaches. Thanks to yorgos and family and hope to see you soon.
