Beautiful house in a fab location. The house had everything we needed. Issues were solved smoothly. Paul is seriously the best host I have dealt with. Will definitely stay here again if there is availability.

The property was fantastic, with a really well equipped kitchen and a lovely sun terrace. The location was super, with only a 5-10 minute walk from both the beaches/restaurants and the centre of town. A big supermarket is also only a 5-10 minute walk.There are a few properties in the complex that need a bit of work and let the area down a bit, but the pool was really lovely and it was generally pretty quiet.There are only 2 sun beds, and 2 chairs on the back terrace so bear that in mind if you are travelling as more than 2.Paul was a super responsive host, and there is a really detailed information pack.Thanks for a lovely stay!

Had a great stay at Paul’s house, house was clean and in a great location with the bars and restaurants just a short walk away.We have stayed in Nerja before so we know the area quite well, would stay at Paul’s place again.

The property was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. It benefits from three beautiful terraces, one covered area off the lounge and two private roof terraces. The property has the benefit of air conditioning for the warmer and more humid days. On site is a well maintained garden and a swimming pool. The property has easy access to several beaches and town. There is a great information file in the property to help with appliance use, who to contact locally for help, local shops ect. Paul kindly arranged return airport transfers by taxi which helped make travel so easy. We found Paul to be an excellent host with good communication throughout . We can certainly recommend and very much look forward to return visits in the future.

We really enjoyed our family stay in this lovely property. Everything matched the online description. The location was ideal for the beach during the day and the town in the evening. We would love to go back.

Lovely holiday

Like a home from home with everything you'd require. Fantastic location so no car required. Love Nerja and this property just enhanced our holiday experience. Look forward to staying there again in the not to distant future.

Wonderful Stay

Lovely property in a fabulous location with 3 terraces perfect for different times of the day. Views of the mountains and the sea from one side of the property with the other side overlooking the pool and gardens. A quiet, relaxing location within a few minutes walk of shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. Highly recommended

Great house in handy location

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely short walk to the beach and easy to stroll into the town. Well equipped kitchen which was great for me as I like to cook on a few nights and try out the local ingredients. Great having a choice of terraces. The host Paul was very approachable and helpful. We would love to return sometime.

We had a perfect week here. Close to the beach, easy walk to the old town, bodega right around the corner. Neighbors are lovely and friendly. The property is beautiful and full of light.

The townhouse was perfect for what we wanted. A clean and spacious apartment in a great location, leading straight out to the pool and with plenty of outdoor space, central for exploring all parts of Nerja. With both front and back terraces, you could enjoy peace and quiet overlooking the pool or the buzz of the town looking out onto the streets below. 5 Stars
