Villa of 70 sqm with a terrace of 80 sqm, fully equipped, fully air conditioned, she will seduce you with its modernity and comfort. The villa is located in the countryside 2 km from the prehistoric site of Filitosa, but very close to the sea (3 km) on a large plot of 1000 m² with trees and flowers, in absolute calm. With its many beautiful beaches and bays, small and large, the Gulf of Valinco is an ideal holiday destination for families.
