Large studio apartment in a very quiet and green area

This studio is on the ground floor of a villa situated in a residential area very quiet and in contact with nature. Recently refurbished, it has a modern and well equipped kitchen. The natural light, due to the sun exposure facing South, gives the space a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere. It has an entrance and a garden independent of the rest house. Ideal for 2 people, however can accommodate 3 people. As well as 2 single beds, it has a double sofa bed. It is 5 minutes by car from the center of Cascais and 10 min from Guincho beach and very close to the motorway to Lisbon.
It is advisable to have car for the trips. You can store your car inside the property.

Entspannung pur

Sehr ruhige Lage. Besitzerin war vor Ort, um uns einzuchecken, Tipps zu geben und war flexibel in Bezug auf Ankunfts- und Abreisezeiten. Wir haben dieses Appartement geliebt und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Ein Studio zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Studio ist sehr gemütlich, sauber, vernünftig ausgestattet und so, wie in den Bildern dargestellt. Die Betten sind sehr gut und die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise. In dem kleinen Garten haben wir schön in der Sonne frühstücken können. Manuela ist eine sehr nette und sehr gute Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR

Une location parfaite avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur (produits ménagers et alimentaires courants) ainsi que les serviettes de plage et parasol. Merci à Manuela pour son excellent accueil et sa disponibilité pour de bons conseils (visites) et aides éventuelles. Cascais est une très belle ville. Nos 15 jours ont été malheureusement trop court pour découvrir toute la région. Très heureux de nos vacances au portugal.

SUPER SEJOUR A CASCAIS

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos 2 semaines dans le logement de Manuella. C était très calme, bien équipé, bien situé pour visiter la région. De plus, Manuella est très sympa. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils pour les ballades. Lisbonne est accessible par le train de Cascais en 30 mn. C'etait intéressant de ne pas prendre la voiture. Nous avons visité le centre historique de Lisbonne et le quartier de Bélem.

Tres bon accueil de Manuella et de bon conseils. une situation idéale (au calme) avec un acces à Cascais ou vers la plage de Quincho (piste cyclables proches) Appartement parfait et bien équipé pour la tranquillité et le frais lors de chaleurs ainsi que pour l'intimité. un peu haut dans la ville mais nécessaire pour avoir du calme. On a vraiment apprécié.

Schöne Wohnung, wie abgebildet, mit einem schönen Gartenanteil. Check in und out super komplikationslos. Ruhige Lage, aber nicht weit bis in die Stadt oder zum Strand.

Un studio où il fait bon vivre

Un studio spacieux, confortable et fonctionnel, qui reste frais quand la température extérieure dépasse les 30°. Le tout doublé d'une cour en herbe où l'on peut se détendre ou lire tranquillement sur un bain de soleil ou prendre un repas à l'extérieur dans un coin ombragé. L'endroit est par ailleurs calme dans un quartier résidentiel agréable. On peut garer sa voiture à l'intérieur de la propriété, ce qui est appréciable. L'accueil de Mme Pereira est chaleureux. La propriétaire reste à votre écoute donnant renseignements utiles ou aidant à démêler un problème le cas échéant. On peut avoir également avoir de temps à autre la visite du chat de la maison pour une petite caresse. Ma femme et moi-même avons vraiment profité de notre séjour à Cascais et notamment grâce à ces moments passés dans cette location que je recommande donc, pour conclure. Jean-Luc PLessy

Studio correctement équipé avec espace jardin très agréable et entrée distincte. Propriétaire agréable et discret. Nécessité voiture pour visites, accès plages ou commerces. Bien situé pour rayonner et découvrir la région de Sintra à Lisbonne et toute la côte atlantique. À recommander
