Villa Andonis Nissaki is a large villa with a private large pool and sea view.

Our detached three storey villa Andonis is perfect for large families and groups. It is located just above the harbour of Nissaki and offers spectacular views of the sea and Corfu town. Whilst it maintains its privacy, it is close to local amenities and beaches and a short drive from some of the prettiest spots on the North East Coast.The car is not necessary. It was built for large families and as such, its layout is ideal for relaxation as well as pleasure. The open plan living room, shaded terrace, private swimming pool, barbecue and sea views will give you holiday memories to treasure.!
Groups larger than 10 (up to 16)can use additional apartments downstairs at an extra cost. The additional apartments- one studio for 2 guests and one with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom for 4 guests — are available upon request for groups larger than 10.It is offered as an extension to the main villa and it is not available for rent separately. !!!!
The private pool area is a sun trap and offers incredible sea views.There are sunbeds and garden furniture.

I live in Nissaki village in Corfu with my husband and two children. I'm a very active person and I can never have enough to do. If I'm not with my children, I'm running around managing our villas - both of which make me proud and happy. I couldn't have asked for anything else.

Why they chose this property

The villa is located in 4000 square metres. It is very close to all the local amenities ,private with a large pool
(12metres x 7 metres) and the car is not necessary. The villa from the beach is 500metres.!!

What makes this property unique

The property's spacious accommodation and facilities in combination with and its nearby amenities make it ideal for a family, or group, holiday.
The property is a 5 minute walk to the beach and all local amenities are conveniently located at a walking distance. Although these are close we are sure you'll enjoy spending time on the property to enjoy the swimming pool and gardens or cook and dine on the sea view terrace.
If you are feeling active there are plenty of activities available such as water sports, hiking, boating and horse riding and the nearby villages offer picturesque scenery, tavernas and beaches.
