This private villa of 250 sq. mt with private pool sits on 2 hectares of a private estate with an olive grove, palm trees, orange and pine trees. The villa offers the perfect space for relaxation and privacy and can be easily reached from the ss16 or the A14 Toll Highway, exit Trani. This property has an amazing panoramic view of Trani, the Cathedral and the Adriatic sea. The villa overlooks our olive orchard just on the other side of the street. It is located minutes from the seaside town of Trani.
Possibility to rent adjacent fully furnished guest house that can accommodate 4 additional guests. Please inquire for further details.
