This Large and charming 160 year old, 1 bedroom converted farm building sits on high ground affording extensive views across the valley to Dompierre Les Eglises. The large private and secluded terrace is an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the stunning views, there are 8 acres of private land for you to explore exclusively with some nice spots for a picnic. This pretty gite has its own private entrance and exclusive parking for 2 cars. Internally it has some nice original features including vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and a wood burning stove. All mod cons are provided in a well equipped kitchen and there are ample entertainment options with tv, skybox and dvd player. Situated in a secluded location with great privacy its also just 5 minutes away from Magnac laval and in easy driving distance to Bellac, Le Dorat and the A20 is just 15 minutes away.

Charming gite with lovely views

We had a wonderful time in this really charming gite. For people who live in a town like Amsterdam it's really a thrill to have your own entranceway including gate to your own house, and so much space, and above al, silence! The house was comfortable with a spacious living room, and a well equipped kitchen. Alison and Tony gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful. When you need to come at rest this is a place we highly recommend.

La Porcherie

What a fantastic Cottage this is. Lovely hosts, Alison and Tony who could not do enough for us on arrival and at the end of the holiday. If a relaxing private holiday is what you are after then this is the Cottage for you. Amenities were very good and clean. it was like home from home. Would not hesitate in booking this Cottage again next year. The information portfolio in the Cottage was very good listing local attractions, restaurants, the one thing it could do with is the nearest supermarket. There were plenty of books, dvds if you didn't feel like venturing far or just wanting to relax.
