In the heart of Dickenson Bay, Little Bay Villa is a large one bedroom apartment set on the front line of the Antigua Village complex. it is less than 40 steps from the sea shore and has uninterrupted sea views. If you are looking for a beach front apartment where you can walk to the Caribbean sea and restaurants without even seeing a road or car this is the one for you!

Little Bay Villa is fully managed by Antigua Village Beachfront Resort with maid service (on alternate days), bed linen, towels and beach towels provided.

The West-facing 1100sqft apartment enjoys exceptional beach and Caribbean Sea views and spectacular sunsets from the large patio and sun terrace.

Bright and airy, the dual-aspect, air-conditioned bedroom comfortably fits 2 full-sized double beds (4'6") and has a large picture window and patio door to the covered terrace.

The large open-plan lounge, kitchen-diner has additional wardrobe space and a comfortable sofa bed that converts into 2 x 3ft single beds. This 20 foot-square air-conditioned room has a large picture window to the gardens and sliding patio doors to the covered terrace with fantastic sea views.

The complex is extremely well maintained, with beautiful gardens and a pool set back from the beach. There are sunbeds and sun shades exclusively for use by Antigua Village guests in the gardens, and on the beach front. There is a small shop on site where guests can buy essentials, and 2 good quality beach front restaurants within 2 minutes walk from the villa. Taxis, car rental, laundry services and excursions can all be booked via the friendly staff on reception.

This really is a dream location for those wanting a high quality self-catering beach holiday with the luxury of hotel-style amenities.

The villa at Dickerson Bay Antigua

Me and my wife really enjoyed staying there. Everything was so convenient. You could walk to multiple restaurants even the supermarket down the road. We would take a walk to carry stuff back. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location and stay

We stayed here for our honeymoon after getting married the week before at another resort on the island. You can’t beat the location and it really is steps from the beach. It was so peaceful and relaxing!

On the Beach with Great Spaces

Antigua Village is a marvelous resort. Intimate, quiet, gorgeous grounds and plantings, nice pool, excellent location on Dickenson Bay Beach. Friendly and accommodating staff. Unit 29v was spacious and open with large windows and lovely ocean and garden views. Comfortable beds and great A/C! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent Property. The beach and surrounding area was a bit busy, but just steps back onto the property we had our own private patio and sitting area. The views were great and privacy was not an issue. Will definitely return.

A wonderful place..

This property is perfect! Most stunning location overlooking a gorgeous white sand beach with calm clear warm sea. The property has incredibly comfortable beds (even the daybed in the lounge is excellent) and the outside covered verandah and the patio are wonderful. The property is spacious and well equipped. Very good aircon too. The pool is a bonus and the layout of the area is so well done. Just perfect. Very friendly reception, security and housekeeping staff. And the contact with the host from booking through to the stay was betilliant. Thank you

Perfect relaxing stay.

This our third time in this property. The location is perfect and everything is as described. The owners are easy to communicate with and are very responsive. Perfect property for a low key beach vacation with multiple restaurants/bars within walking distance.

Favorite Beach House Yet

My family really enjoyed our stay at Little Bay Villa. The condo was exactly as advertised and very clean and comfy. Everyone at the property was friendly and helpful. There was lots to do nearby and the views were gorgeous. The beach is lovely. My mom, who is older, found the unit and property accessible with a short walk to beach and ground floor. My son, age 4, liked our stay so much he wept for 30 solid minutes when it was time to leave.

Great Location

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit as we love the location. When we arrived there were two issues which were repaired within 1 hour of us notifying the front desk. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen if you choose to prepare your own meals. It was a very pleasant stay and I say it again awesome location!

Lovely location, helpful staff.

Villa was a bit dated, but had plenty of room, owner was very helpful with a few issues we had on arrival, and was quick to put these right. Maid service was a bit hit and miss? Sometimes a good service but not all the time. Reception,maintenance, security and gardeners were all very helpful.

Great location

Great location. Unit could be upgraded. Bathroom and kitchen old but adequate. Refrig froze most of our food even at the lowest setting. Daily maid service was a plus. Beautiful Island.

I was skeptical when the location to the beach was mentioned as being only 40 step. If anything they've under sold it, the villa is right by the beach, it's comfortable, practical and everything you need. Great access to pool, beach, sea and resort amenities.

A wonderful place to stay

A wonderful stay from every single aspect. The property had everything we needed and was a stones throw from a beautiful beach. The complex has security, a shop, a pool and lots of sun beds and shade dotted around. The location was excellent with a handful of bars and restaurants close by. About a 90 minute walk from the centre of St John’s. Communication with Martina was brilliant and check in super easy. Everything was perfect for us and we’ll definitely be back as soon as we can. In fact I think we might become regulars.

Family vacation

The location of this villa is absolutely perfect. Steps from the ocean and a pool around the corner. Restaurants close, a little store to get a few things, a couple of bars to have a drink on the beach…..was perfect. The kitchen could benefit from being a little more stocked (no baking sheet) but otherwise was great to have a kitchen to be able to feed the kids. Biggest concern was no coverage on the window in that shower, I am a fairly tall girl and was extremely uncomfortable showing. Even had to shower in the dark so no one could see me which posed some challenges. Overall the view wins!!!

Home away from home

Truly amazing location, one of the best beaches on the island. Literally a 35 second walk to the beach. We rented a car and traveled to several others. Two good-sized markets were nearby, but the car park could get full depending on the day and time. Plenty of cookware available, and you can rent a BBQ at the office if you choose. Nice oven, stove, fridge, and freezer, plus good closet space. The only thing I would request is a king or queen sized bed, that was a pain for the two of us to sleep on a twin for our 25th anniversary trip. Also the big, open windows in the shower are awkward as they look out to other units.

Fantastic location

This is a very nice villa within the complex. It's seconds from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars the views of the garden and beach are great. the unit is a bit dated but clean and functional. Daily housekeeping is a bonus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. As mentioned, the uncovered bathroom window is a bit awkward. Kitchen is nicely stocked with pots/pans/dishes but there was nothing for basic cooking needs ( salt, pepper, oil, etc). there were coffee filters and dish soap. We very much enjoyed our 2 week stay. Rented a car to visit other beaches and restaurants and grocery is close by. No issues with parking. Loved the complex and beach. Loved the island!

Outstanding Location!

We had two wonderful weeks at this village. The location to beach and setting is one of the best we have ever been to. Great security and always felt safe. Really nice to have several restaurants very close or a short walk from the property for the occasional dinner out. The condo was very nice as well. A few suggestions: the patio door out to the beach front/dining area is almost impossible to open. This became quite frustrating after the first few days. The fridge froze a lot of the food no matter how low we set the temperature, a queen bed would have been very welcomed as a couple. Some additional small items like a dustpan would have been useful! Overall, we highly recommend staying at Antigua Village.

SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL

Good afternoon, Antigua Village! I had such a great time spending my birthday on your property. After renting a car and arriving (very easy to navigate with GPS from the airport) it was safe and comforting to see security and parking lot just a few steps away from our rental. We received a friendly and informative greeting when checking in at the reception office and advised to head to Coconut Grove for a complimentary rum punch after settling down. Our room (29V) was literally a stone’s throw from the beach, it was clean, air conditioned, and had a fully equipped kitchen and back enclosed patio with a nice view of the ocean with closer gate access to the beach. Super convenient and just a few steps away from bar/restaurant Coconut Grove to the left and Ana’s to the right. Both with great food, friendly staff, and good music. The property is quaint, with a lovely pool in the center and a great view of the beach a few steps behind. I read a review the water was yellow before arriving. Yes the toilet water was yellow however kitchen and bathroom water was clear and we had no issues at all. Amanda

We were lucky enough to spy the villa was for sale after being closed up and abandoned for 8 years! We set about a complete refurbishment of the lovely property and in the process made some great friends in the staff at Antigua Village and the Antiguan people. We hope you love our little piece of Antigua as much as we do.

Our villa gives uninterrupted views of, and direct access to, the beautiful Caribbean sea. The size of the apartment, the wonderful staff at Antigua Village and the fact that you don't have to see a road or car for days if you don't want to make for a luxury beach side holiday that is difficult to get in most places.
