The main entrance is on the ground floor accessed through the front of house private car park. All four bedrooms are on this level each with air conditioning, en suite bath or shower room, and access to a balcony or terrace with sea views. The top floor is accessed by a wide open staircase and features large comfortable sofas in front of an open fire place and a beautiful wooden table at centre stage inviting to be used. A high beamed ceiling and terracotta tiled floor create a relaxed home atmosphere. A family size kitchen with all modern facilities and a large breakfast table leads off from the dining room end of the top floor with a WC adjacent to it.
