Casa de Paz is a completely private villa located within our gated community Portasol Living, the house has all the necessities of modern life, fully equipped kitchen, private pool, BBQ area with tv, grill and lounge chairs, all bedrooms have air conditioning and private bathroom each.

It has a privileged location near Manuel Antonio National Park and Marino Ballena National Park, Marina Pez Vela (Quepos) is 30 minutes away, and Dominical beach is 20 minutes driving.

Portasol Living offers free wireless internet, free parking, information and tour booking service. Local restaurants and supermarkets are 5 km away.

The villa is only 15 minutes walking distance from the park and waterfall cazuela, please note that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the house.

Peaceful and secluded.

Any questions or problems were quickly responded to and solved. Great pool and layout of bedrooms, kitchen and outdoor seating area. The road to the property is an adventure but not a deal breaker. Nice touch with a bottle of wine and a bag of coffee waiting for us.

Lovely home perfect for our family vacation

We enjoyed everything about this property! The location was perfect for exploring Manuel Antonio, Dominical and Uvita. We enjoyed watching toucans each afternoon while swimming in the beautiful pool. The community staff was very helpful with suggesting and arranging excursions. We rafted on the Savegre river, rode horses and ziplined. Awesome! We arranged our own snorkeling tour to Caño Island. Highly recommend! The only negative issue we had was that the AC in one of the bedrooms did not work. A repair person was sent out but it still did not work. As we only had 4 people on this trip, we just used the other bedrooms and wasn’t bothered by this issue. The driveway is a fun part of the adventure! It’s bumpy and steep in places but not scary, even in the rain. We also enjoyed the gorgeous waterfall on the property! I would not hesitate to rebook this property in the future!

Great service! Beautiful view! Outstanding rooms! Luxurious stay! It's the perfect place if you want to spend a great vacation with your family. I'm planning to go back for our next vacation. 5 stars!
